Upon initial unpacking, these knives look good. The quality is exceptional as well. We didn’t realize how much we truly needed these until we cut into our steaks and the ease of doing so was so worth the wait. I highly recommend.

Extremely Sharp
This is a very nice knife block set. It’s heavy and well made. I was slightly disappointed to find that the damascus pattern is just a print and the metal is not actually forged damascus steel, but overall the knives are very sharp and sturdy. Be aware that the handles are wood and polymer which means you can’t put them in the dishwasher. They should be hand washed and dried as soon as possible after use. I expect these knives to last a very long time with proper care.

So far Iâve slightly cut myself twice. These knives are sharp and easy to hold. After several uses, I did have to sharpen one to cut tomatoes, which is really no big deal

I love these knives! I had no idea how long I had suffered in the kitchen using sub-par knives when preparing food. These are life changing for me, when I reach for one of the knives from the handsome wood block to use I know it will chop, slice or trim like a breeze! Be aware that if you are not use to using sharp knives you need to respect that these can easily slice you too!
