Does not, in fact, support up to 400lbs
I use this ottoman as a step stool in my dorm. I weigh 120lbs. At first It did okay but it recently broke. I guess donât stand on it like I do, but they shouldnât make that claim if itâs not true ð otherwise is great & supports weight, just not the top.

Hidden Yarn Storage!
I crochet in my living room and needed a spot to hide some of the yarn and projects I work on. This was perfect for a small little stool for feet or to just have in a corner in the room. It does fit quite a bit in there. Iâm thinking of buying another for a different room in the house. Craftersâ¦we just accumulate and this works feel for hiding the hoard.

Broke in less than 2 days
My daughter who weighs 115 lbs used this as a bed stool for her dorm room. Unboxed it on Friday, and the top cover broke in less than 2 days. The cover is made out of cardboard so not very durable. Unfortunately Iâm not able to return it because my daughter is 3 hours away.
