Product Overview
This smart door lock combines modern convenience with robust security through its built-in WiFi connectivity and keyless entry system featuring a numeric keypad. Designed for today’s connected homes, it allows homeowners to manage access remotely while eliminating the need for traditional keys. The lock integrates seamlessly into existing door hardware, offering both digital control and reliable mechanical protection. Whether you’re looking to enhance home automation or simplify guest access, this device provides a practical solution without compromising on safety.
Key Features
- Built-in WiFi Connectivity: Enables wireless integration with smart home ecosystems, allowing you to monitor and control your lock from anywhere using a mobile app or voice assistants. This means you can check who enters or leaves your home in real time, grant temporary access, or receive notifications when someone uses the keypad—all without needing to be physically present.
- Keyless Entry via Numeric Keypad: Features an intuitive numeric keypad that lets users unlock the door by entering a personalized code—no physical keys required. This not only reduces the risk of lost or forgotten keys but also makes it easy to provide short-term access to trusted individuals like housekeepers, delivery personnel, or guests.
- Precise Installation Guidance: Includes clearly marked positioning points (as illustrated in the provided figures) to ensure accurate assembly and proper alignment during setup. Following these visual cues helps prevent common installation errors that could affect functionality or compromise security.
- Digital Access Management: Supports customizable user codes and logs entry activity, giving homeowners greater control over who accesses their property and when. You can create unique passcodes for different people, set expiration dates on temporary codes, and review access history directly from your smartphone.

Benefits & Use Cases
This smart lock is ideal for homeowners seeking a balance between security and convenience. It’s especially valuable in households where multiple people need regular access—such as families with children or elderly relatives—or for those who frequently host guests or service providers. Instead of managing spare keys or coordinating pickups, you can instantly generate a time-limited code and share it securely via text or app.
The keypad eliminates the hassle of carrying keys, reducing the chance of being locked out due to misplaced keyrings or damaged keycards. At the same time, the built-in WiFi ensures you stay informed: every entry is logged, and you can remotely lock or unlock the door if needed. For added peace of mind, the system avoids reliance solely on biometrics or apps that may fail due to low battery or connectivity issues—the physical keypad remains functional even if power or internet is temporarily unavailable.
While the product doesn’t specify advanced features like facial recognition or fingerprint scanning, its focus on simple, reliable password entry makes it accessible and easy to use. Installation instructions emphasize accuracy, particularly in positioning components correctly to maintain the integrity of the locking mechanism. As shown in the referenced figures, maintaining the lock tongue in a non-popping state during final steps and ensuring vertical alignment of internal parts are critical for smooth operation.
Important Notes
Proper installation is essential for safe and effective performance. Users must follow the visual guides included in the package closely, especially during the concluding stages where misalignment could lead to operational failures. Although the product description references specific figures illustrating positioning steps, always verify compatibility with your current door type and strike plate before beginning installation.
Note that details such as battery life, weather resistance ratings, warranty coverage, and exact smart home platform support have not been specified. Environmental conditions and regular maintenance may influence long-term reliability. If you require features like waterproofing for outdoor use or integration with brands like Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa, confirm compatibility with the manufacturer or retailer prior to purchase.

Superb
The Built-in WiFi Door Lock Deadbolt with Keypad is a fantastic blend of security and convenience. Its sleek design and sturdy construction make it a reliable choice for modern homes. The keypad is intuitive and responsive, allowing for easy access without fumbling for keys, while the WiFi connectivity enables remote locking, unlocking, and monitoring via a smartphone app. Setup is straightforward, though it might require basic DIY skills. Battery life is decent, but frequent use of the WiFi features may require more frequent replacements. I think itâs a smart upgrade for anyone seeking enhanced security and functionality.

The concept is good, but this didn;t work out very well
I received the lock, it wasn’t so easy to setup. Once I searched videos online how to set it up then it was easy. I didn’t like that you had to select a 6 digit code there were no other options, also it wasn’t automatic as you have to push either lock or unlock button to get it to engage. The motor was weak when it drew back the latch. I finally gave up on this lock and went with a Kwikset Halo.

Would not install
Not sure if some parts were missing or what but I could not get this installed, The long screws that held together my original dead bolt would not fit in this lock and it didnt come with ones that would.***Update- I have been contacted about a replacement- // Replacement arrived and it had all the correct parts this time HOWEVER once installed it locked us IN and would not disengage fully. We took it back apart and it would stop halfway every time from fully pulling the dead bolt back into the housing no matter how we tried to unlock it, key, knob, unlock button… it would not unlock further than halfway. Please dont send me another one of these and your welcome to both of these back if you want if not they are going in the trash. The second ones locking bolt also looked slightly bent we weren’t sure if that made a difference or not so we tried to use the same part from the other box and it went no better. For fear of being locked in or out we put this all back in the box. Never even downloaded the app which from the instructions looked fairly complicated to navigate.

Not a fan
Great idea if it worked properly. I really wanted this to work so my husband no longer had to worry about misplacing his key to our side door.

Do not buy!
My husband installed it and manually locked it. It locked easily. Then it would not unlock! He tried to unlock it manually and the bolt wouldnât move. So then he put batteries in it and tried to unlock it automatically and the bolt still would not retract. You could hear itâs gears trying to automatically unlock but the bolt did not move. We were literally locked inside our house and he wasnât even sure heâd be able to remove it from the door without causing damage to the door. He did manage to get it out of the door by removing the inside part and then taking a hammer to the pins to bust the front part out to then be able to remove the bolt. He said to tell people not to buy this, in his words, âworthless garbage.” He said itâs a 0 stars item.
