I was skeptical to buy after reading some reviewsBecause of USB ports and separate buttons for the headrest not being compatible and draining the battery. So far, I have been using it every day for 2 weeks and it still shows 4 out of 4 bars of power. When I got it, I charged it overnight and it’s been good ever since. Great value if the battery keeps holding up. As is now I should get a month of use between charges. I don’t plug anything into the USB ports as I’m sure it would drain the battery.Setup was easy, no instructions included but you can’t plug it in the wrong way the connectors won’t fit.edit: its 9/11/2020 – Its been almost a month since I purchased and the battery is still shows fully chargedafter using it daily for almost a month. Definitely got my money’s worthUpdate – 10/31/20 – Its now been almost 3 months of daily use and I still have not charged this thing.I have been thinking of buying some more and building my own electric cars with them. Recliner Lifesaver
So – this was a great purchase. Easy to charge and connect to sofa. The price was okay – my only concern is once plugged into your sofa or chair – the battery light ( blue) remains on even if sofa or chair are not in recline use. There are no cords to trip over – the battery life depends on usage.

Ist battery lasted 10 months, 2nd one 2 months
This battery worked great for about 9 – 10 months. The replacement battery only lasted about 2 months. It won’t charge. This was for a very rarely used recliner chair. The company refused to replace the battery. Save your money and purchase elsewhere. These batteries are not made to last very long.

After a month of use Every day , The battery Had used only about half of It’s charge. I charged it again anyway To make sure it was full Since it is on my small recliner That is not Near An electrical outlet. It’s great not to have wires running across the room So that I can use My recliner.

Amazing Improvement Over the Original
My wife & I were replacing our old set of furniture. So we started visiting all the furniture stores in our area. We ended up at a furniture store that offered âpowerâ sofas loveseats and chairs. We told the floor salesman we donât have power in the middle of our living room floor and canât use extension cords due to it being a trip hazard. He said, no problem, we offer battery packs! We asked how long they would last. He said it depended on how much we used them, but 3-6weeks. Never even thinking we could have powered furniture in our living room, we were excited. So, my wife fell in love with a gray leather set. We had to pay an additional $250/battery and we bought an extra. So, $1000 for the Enouvation E4 (single chair motor) & E6 (double recliner motor-couch & loveseat)For us, they lasted 3.5 weeks. So, in order to avoid a situation where we would be tired one night and not be able to put our recliners down, I had to put a reminder on my calendar every 3rd Saturday to charge these batteries.Then my friend Gerry and I were discussing this short power window. He said he had the same issue and bought these Lavolta batteries and got a lot longer use out of them! He loaned one of his, to us. It lasted from the end of November to the end of March. Talk about a difference! WOW! We went from weeks, to months! The Enouvation batteries are just spares now, for the one day every few months we are charging our Lavoltaâs !! We would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Works, but needs better instructions
The instructions that came with the battery pack were minimal, at best. They did not say what the low battery warning was, nor whether or not the battery could be continuously connected to the power supply so as to be a back-up battery in case of power outage rather than being used as the primary power source, which was the original reason for purchasing the battery, nor exactly how to connect the battery to the power source for the initial charging, etc. The instructions with the battery said it would take 10 hours for a first charge, the website says 6 hours, and no where does it say how you know you have a full charge. There were lots of warnings about what not to do, very few explanations about what to do. To date, the battery seems to be working okay, but I’m still not certain about how it will work long term.

Battery Life
We purchased two batteries for our new chairs that operated on electricity. The batteries are easy to connect. But, the description states that battery stays charged for 4 weeks. We have maybe gotten two weeks only and with no warning signal until the battery no longer works. We only use these chairs in the later day and then not a lot.
