Whether you’re searing a steak, sautéing vegetables, or simmering sauces, this pan provides consistent results every time. Designed with versatility and safety in mind, the pan is induction-compatible, oven-safe, and dishwasher-friendly—making it ideal for modern kitchens where convenience meets performance.
Key Features
- Tri-Ply Construction: A high-purity aluminum core is sandwiched between two layers of durable 18/8 stainless steel, ensuring uniform heat conduction across the entire surface. This hybrid design enhances responsiveness and prevents scorching or uneven cooking.
- Energy-Efficient Performance: Thanks to its superior thermal conductivity, the pan reduces fuel consumption by up to 20% compared to traditional single-layer cookware, helping you save on energy costs without compromising speed or control.
- Detachable Stainless Steel Handle: The ergonomic, long stainless-steel handle remains cool during stovetop use and can be removed for easy transfer into the oven or as a serving piece. Its secure locking mechanism adds both safety and flexibility.
- PFOA-Free & SGS Certified: Free from perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and rigorously tested by SGS for safety compliance, this pan guarantees no chemical leaching into food—supporting healthier cooking habits and peace of mind.
- Tempered Glass Lid with Steamer Vent: The transparent lid seals tightly to lock in steam and nutrients while the integrated vent allows controlled release, perfect for steaming vegetables or finishing proteins gently.
- Multi-Method Cooking Versatility: Suitable for frying, stir-frying, baking, roasting, and even deep-searing, this pan adapts seamlessly to various recipes and cooking techniques.

Benefits & Use Cases
This chef-grade frying pan shines in everyday cooking scenarios where reliability and consistency matter most. Its tri-ply build ensures that heat spreads evenly from the bottom through the sides—critical when browning meat, reducing liquids, or preparing multi-ingredient meals. The highly polished surface minimizes sticking when used with adequate oil and proper preheating, though some users note occasional adhesion if low heat or insufficient fat is applied. Despite mixed feedback on food release, many appreciate the pan’s performance once optimal techniques are adopted. Ideal for larger portions and family-style meals, it also excels in advanced methods like reverse searing or oven-finishing due to its ability to retain temperature stability during transfers. Eco-conscious cooks will value its energy-saving capability, which not only cuts utility bills but also reduces environmental impact. The detachable handle transforms the skillet into an oven-safe baking vessel, offering creative freedom for casseroles, gratins, or pan-roasted dishes.
Important Notes
To maximize longevity and performance, avoid heating the pan empty—always add oil or liquid before applying heat. Medium-low to medium-high temperatures are recommended depending on the dish: low heat works best for eggs and fragile foods, medium-low for general sautéing, and medium-high for achieving a proper sear on meats. Ensure the handle is fully locked in place before lifting or moving the pan. While dishwasher safe for convenience, hand washing helps maintain the mirror-like finish and prolongs the pan’s aesthetic appeal. Although customer experiences vary regarding sticking and overall quality, proper maintenance and technique significantly improve outcomes. Note that individual results may differ based on stove type, burner size alignment, and cooking habits.

1 year later: great purchase
I have been using this pan for a year. It took me a few weeks to get used to it and have them conditioned, but once used a few times it is just great. Food foes not stick, it is extremely easy to clean and you can use wire sponges to clean burned oil. One year later the pan and the lid still look like new. The size is perfect for omelettes or pankakes, or for a single person or couple cooking. Totally recommended.

Pan good-Lid not so good
Pan seems to be a descent pan for cooking but the lid when washed, traps water between glass and edge and will not drain out so any grease trapped in it won’t come out either

Awesomeness
I don’t like writing reviews but this product is total worth for me to share. I haven’t even used this pan yet. However, I am so impressed with the over design and quality of this pan. But, what’s impressed me is the packaging.

Not bad for a cheap pan.
It doesn’t have the shine or weight of some of my other nicer pans, but it feels decent. Will use this for veggies or light stir fry’s but this wouldn’t be adequate for a steak, probably wouldn’t do fish in it. Lots of space for a shallow fry but I’d use a deeper pan to catch oil.

This is a great product but kind of heavy.
This is a great product but kind of heavy (as expected) with all the food stuff in it. May be a small handel on the other end will be helpful. Still, the product as it is right now is great.

Beautiful out of the box, impossible to get nonstick
This pan was so beautiful out of the box but for some reason right after first use, it looks tarnished. I have done everything Iâm supposed to and absolutely can not get food NOT to stick to this thing. I donât know if itâs because itâs a three ply pan versus just a one ply stainless steel, but Iâm actually really disappointed because I researched stainless steel pans for a long time before deciding on this one. Iâve been using it for about three days and I already purchased a different one this morning. I wouldnât recommend this one.I did edit my review to be 4 stars instead of 2 because they fully refunded the item after a 2 star review. I still would not recommend the item though.

Tanto en la tapa como en el mango, hubiera sido mejor prever colocar silicona para que no se caliente y se pueda usar sin maniquÃes o

Its the first time I’m using a stainless steel pan, I wanted to get rid of the Teflon ones. Ive done my research and opted for stainless steel instead of cast iron. I have heated the pan before and done the rolling water balls test to be sure its at the right temperature. Then Ive added oil and tossed in the ingredients. Works perfectly if you stir well, doesn’t stick at all. I’m amazed. I’m going to buy a smaller size as well.Late edit: after using it a few times, Ive noticed that a side of it heaths up less than the rest and it got a brown spot like a burn. It still doesnt stick, but it looks like it has some internal damage on the layers or smth
