The back cushions are terrible
I like everything about this couch except for the back cushions. They are absolutely awful and are nothing like the photos show. They have no fluff to them. I can feel the frame from the back of the couch through these cushions. I have had the couch for 2 months now and this is as fluffy as they got (see photos). The seat cushions are fine and look as pictured.

This couch is horrible!!!!! It is horrible quality it looks nothing like the photos, the cushions are super thin and uncomfortable!!!! We had to buy inserts to even make it comfortable enough to sit on! The pull out section of the couch doesn’t work well at all and has already started breaking !!! We haven’t even had this couch for 6 months and the fabric is worn and tearing on the cushions !!! Also if you have cats they will scratch this fabric , it’s a rough feeling fabric not soft, and not tufted as the photo shows. Very bad quality!!!! I wish I never would have wasted my money on this. At least I can warn you not to!

Nice sofa
I recently purchased this sofa, and Iâm extremely pleased with it. The assembly process was a breezeâeverything was clearly laid out in the instructions, making it easy to put together without any hassle. The sofa arrived in two separate boxes, and while the first box arrived promptly, I was initially concerned that the second box might have been lost. However, I reached out to the seller, who quickly provided the second tracking number, and the second box arrived the very next day.The quality of the fabric is impressive, and the mechanism to convert the sofa into a sleeping place works smoothly. Itâs not only comfortable as a sofa but also provides a convenient sleeping option for guests. Overall, Iâm very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

The assembly was easy since I have tools. The instructions were incorrect in some of the required tools. The comfort is 1/5. The appearance is 2/5. Overall, I would not purchase this again and believe it should be listed at ~$300. 2/5

Easy to assemble!
I was on the fence about it at first but it definitely exceeded expectations. Shipping wasnât bad, both boxes arrived together with minimal damage to the boxes only, not the sofa itself. Assembly took about 30-45 minutes from start to finish! Everything works as advertised and I like that the chaise is reversible. It is definitely on the firm side which I donât mind but if youâre not into that, this may not be for you. My only complain was the smell of the fabric, it was almost as if it was sitting in a warehouse for a long time but it was nothing some Febreeze couldnât fix. Overall satisfied and would purchase again if I had to.
