Useful and they work well
Compact and useful set of motion lights. They work well and are lightweight and take up very little space. They run on 3 standard AAA batteries. They are easy to mount and easy to lift off to replace the batteries. Very helpful on the inside of cabinets and extra bonus, useful during power outages. Great!

Very bright for the size
I absolutely love these night lights so much I am purchasing another set. The motion detection is my favorite on these, they turn on with any small movement. They are really bright for the size of these as well. I have them placed all over my house. I only have 2 issues with these. One is the mounting. They do not stay on textured walls very well, so I will need to figure out a permanent way to secure them. The second issue is that they each take 3 AAA batteries. I would prefer less batteries for each one or make them rechargeable. Easy to install and the quality is great. These are definitely worth the money!

Bright and works as expected
Theyâre as bright as you would want them to be. The motion sensitivity works pretty great from a nice distance from the sides and from the front. It doesnât do as good a job sensing motion above and below which can be frustrating in a stairway settings or if you choose to mount them 90 degrees.The LED chip itself is very bright to look at if youâre climbing stairs from below the light and itâs in your line of sight. Iâve mounted them 90 degrees in some cases for this, but the motion sensitivity isnât as good from this angle.Itâs very easy to remove the light from the mouth for a battery swap.I wish the threshold for darkness were lower because I want them turning on a bit earlier in the day, and sometimes they wonât turn on when they compete with eachother or other house lights.

Works only in very limited circumstances
These only work when in a very dark place, and only when spaced quite far apart. I bought them to add a bit of safety on the stairs – to help in seeing the bottom and top steps, and the turn in the staircase. But if they detect any daylight, or any lamplight, they will not activate. And they canât be placed on every two or three steps as shown in the pictures and videos; they wonât work if they are too close together. They might work OK as a closet light if you can place the sensor where it wonât see any room light. And might be OK as a bathroom night light when the door is closed.Regarding the adhesive, I stuck two lights on the (non-textured) staircase wall. One fell off after a couple of days, leading me to believe that the other could be easily removed, once I figured out that it wasnât working for my purpose. But the second one took off paint and left a gouge in the drywall. So Iâd advise extreme caution before using the adhesive backing.

A real improvement in safety as we can stroll through at night without turning on main lighting and disturbing others. We put several of these lights along main halls and stairways etc in home.Quite compact – non intrusive.They use 3 AAA batteries – but not supplied – we use rechargeable so operating cost negligible. Effective but not overly bright to intrude on others.Sensor range is pretty good for a small unit.Have ordered second pack- Will use for instant light around entrances and frequented areas such as wash rooms.
