BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT STOOLS WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY
I have been looking for bar stools since we moved in to our new house. I just didn’t find the right one when it comes to price, elegance. These stools are the so far the best one! Quality stools without hurting your pocket :DIt’s easy to put together, I did have trouble with the screwdriver I used but other than that – it was easy breezy!My 4-year old son even volunteered to match the stool leg with its corresponding corner block. It’s real easy with corresponding letters on each so one will not be confused which part is which. I never read instructions, most of the time I just figure it out myself (I should have read the paper that comes with it, I am sure it should have not taken me so long to get it done)Design wise, I love it’s simplicity with the touch of elegance on it. Personally, the nail heads make it even more beautiful. And to those ladies who have wide honeys like me – this is a good catch! I promise, you will never feel like you’re fixing to fall. The seat cushion is not just flat – it’s concave which I have never seen one like it before :DThe cushion is very easy to clean. Moms with kiddos, you know what I am talking about! Mac and Cheese, ketchup, mustard you name it – one swipe of a wet rag or paper towel and those mess are gone :)Most of all, I like the simplicity of this stool but that doesn’t mean it’s cheap looking. It’s sturdy but light. My 4-year old son loves to push it anywhere. Nice Bar Stool – Great Customer Service
Nice Bar Stools, Happy with the purchase so far. Everyone loves being able to sit at the kitchen counter. They are pretty easy to put together – takes about 15 minutes. I think they look nice and fit our décor well. They are comfortable and sturdy enough for the average person. I am 230 lbs and they are sturdy enough for me but I wouldn’t recommend anyone over 250 lbs to sit on it.I ended up cutting 2 inches off the legs because of the counter height. I figured that I would have to do that when i bought them. I didn’t want to buy the 24 inch, that would be too short. The stools are 27 inch height now, that is perfect.I did have an issue with one of the stools – One of the legs was drilled wrong so the foot rest pieces did not line up properly. I called the Nathan Jones Customer Service phone number that was with the Instructions, they answered immediately, and I was VERY PLEASED with the level of customer service. Extremely helpful and responsive! The gentleman asked me to email a Picture of the stool, showing the problem, as well as a copy of my Amazon Order and Order Number. No problem. I did this, he responded very quickly and approved my request right away. I asked for a new leg only, but he said they could only replace the entire stool – they don’t have separate parts. He said that I did not have to return the defective stool, which I really appreciated. Received the replacement in 3 days. ALL GOOD!P.S. I am pretty handy so I was able to use my Router to make new slots in the defective leg and repair it. So we got a free stool.

Quality feel and great customer service!
Finished product feels solid and good quality. The style is modern casual that does not clash with our traditional antique dining table. Follow assembly instructions carefully, and do not overtighten the metal footrests. Mine broke inside causing the footrest to be detached from the leg. Customer service cheerfully is sending a new stool without requiring return of the broken stool.

Beautiful stools, and Customer Service is phenomenal!
We ordered these stools a couple of years ago for our vacation/rental home (actually ordered a couple extra for replacement) and have been very happy with them. They are easy to assemble, very comfortable, sturdy and look very nice. Fortunately, we have not had to replace them, but decided to assemble the “2 extra stools” for another area in the house a few days ago. Like I said, super easy to put together, but I ended up overtightening the screw in one of the legs and cracked it. We were going to try and repair the leg ourselves, but decided to contact customer service to see if there was any way possible to purchase a replacement leg. First off, they responded within seconds, which never happens. Then instead of sending me a replacement leg, they sent me an entire stool. This literally arrived a few days later, and at no additional cost to me. This was totally my fault, and I had expected to pay for the replacement, if that was even going to be an option. Totally exceeded my expectations! Will definitely recommend them and will definitely order more products from them in the future. Thank you for so kind and for your SUPERB customer service!

These bar stools are easy to assemble , small hic up because my husband did NOT follow instructions ! But even though it was his fault this amazing company understood and seriously looked after and did so immediately , professionally communicating with us and meant what they said , they went out of their way to ensure we were 100% satisfied. The product is made of solid attractive wood , material for the cushions is high quality . They slide under my kitchen Island without marking the floors ( protectors included ) true to dimensions as outlined in description, the seats are comfortable. This is a family run business that look after the customer and offer high quality stuff , reasonably priced . Just buy them !!

I had been eyeing these stools for awhile and after I got my new kitchen table and chairs, decided to go for it as they had the same look. They arrived, my husband put them together in no time. They looked beautiful and were really sturdy. However, the more I looked at them, the more I realized it wasn’t the same colour as I had ordered. Amazon was great with returning them and sending me a set of replacement stools but once again, not the colour for the description of what I was ordering. I ordered the Grey/Dark Brown – product #21302 but the colour of the item Beige/Light Brown product #21303. So again, I have returned them but I really wanted to love them as they are beautiful stools.Update Spring of 2022. I noticed that they had been out of stock and so thought this might resolve the issue and reordered I once again ordered the grey/brown and once again received what I got the first couple of times. I did decide to keep them this time even though it isn’t exactly what I ordered but I love the stools and they still work with the space. So just be cautious of colours when ordering.

These stools are very nice looking (Iâve had multiple complements on them that have likely resulted in friends and neighbors ordering the same ones). The upholstery is easy to wipe, the cushions are thick and comfortable, and they bounce back into shape after someone has sat on the stool for a while. Like any other chair or stool, I recommend tightening the screws every once in a while otherwise the stool will start to wobble a bit. Overall, super nice looking and very comfortable stool. And the price point is super!

Assembly was a little challenging because the pilot holes were too small and the screws were difficult to put in by hand. Cushions could be a little firmer. Ordered two – there is a slight colour difference in the material, but not significant took me a couple of weeks to notice.
