Good deal
Very easy to install. Took about 15 mins to remove the old deadbolt and doorknob. In my case I didnât need to cut anything as I was replacing an old set of standard bolt and knob. So far the performance is good. The thumbprint is a little sensitive so be sure to be as ânormalâ as possible when setting the thumbprints. They scan about 4 different positions per print so be sure those positions are the most common. You can add many prints so you could add as many prints per person as you choose. I prefer to use thrumbprints instead of codes because although my kids are pre-teens and teens I donât want them to share access codes with so-called friends. They need access to get in but they loose keys and access codes can be shared . This way I can be sure itâs really them opening the door. Additionally there is an app that will allow me to remotely open or lock the door as well as have a record of who locked or unlocked the door and at what time.

Love This Lock!
It was easy to install and really easy to set up. There are so many ways to lock and unlock. I created a code for my handyman and will give a code or fob to my granddaughter. When patents come to visit, I will give whatever they prefer. Good price and good fingerprint recognition.

I am really enjoying the keyless entry feature works really well. Easy to install. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because the paint is coming off the door knob. But it wooks great

Like the locks nice product
Paint my house, change the doors and put all new locks all matching. We really like them a lot had one issue with one of the locks no big deal. The customer service was phenomenal. I give them five stars.

DO NOT BUY
Nothing on this lock works. The keys are smaller than usual so if you want additional keys, you have to go to a locksmith. I ordered 4. They all have the same serial and model number but all have different keys. The passcode works to unlock the door, but no way to lock it. Thumbprint never works but if it does, you cannot lock the door. Opening the lock remotely doesn’t work. You can send someone an E key, for $70. I wanted to return them, but buy the time they were installed I missed the last day to return them. $600 down the drain.

Great smartlock
Pretty straightforward to install, and the fingerprint option is a huge bonus! Now I just keep a backup key hidden in case the batteries run now, but haven’t had any issues so far. Make sure to check the dimensions before you purchase to make sure it will fit with your door!

This product is a game changer, Iâve always wanted a door lock with fingerprint and after reading a lot of reviews from other seller I decided to go with this one. Iâm not handy and has never installed a door lock before, it was super easy to install by watching the video they provided. The door lock works like a charm! The app was easy to use and I was able to get all my family members fingerprint registered. The fingerprint feature works great! Loving it so far hopefully it will last long

I like it for the most part!
Sometimes it doesnât unlock with my finger print. Itâs nice with app I can lock and or unlock the door without actually having to go to the door. It notifies me when someone unlocks the door with their finger print or fob. Was pretty easy to install and set up. I would recommend!
