My red ottoman looks exactly like the pics. It has zero scratches and defects. It looks amazing. The material looks and feels just like leather.This is a perfect solution for items that are stored & retrieved often so I won’t have to unzip under-bed storage bags or use clear storage boxes.The extra seating, for a bedroom, doesn’t hurt either. It seems very sturdy.Will probably buy another for the living room.

Beyond my expectations!
I ordered this storage bench for the foot of my queen size bed and it’s a perfect fit with about 5 or 6 inches left on both ends. I like something that I can use to put my brief case at night, to put on my shoes, and put my suitcase on when packing. I had a trunk there before that I now put in another room. For the very reasonable price, I was concerned that the leather would look cheap or the red was too dark (towards the burgundy) which I didn’t want. I was thrilled when I opened the box to find the leather was very rich looking and the red is a perfect shade, not bright red like a fire engine, but a true red. It took two minutes to screw the legs on. I suggest you purchase 1 1/2″ round felt pads for the legs, which I had in the house. I like to move my furniture around on the wooden floors and don’t want to scratch them. If you have carpets, you won’t need any protection on the legs. The cover came attached and there’s lots of storage inside for sheets, blankets pillows. It feels very sturdy to sit on also, which was important to me. It looks much more expensive than it was. My bedroom furniture leans towards a craftsman look, and it blends in beautifully. I could see it with a mid-century modern or a traditional look also. It’s heavy and I had to bring it up a full flight of stairs by myself. I suggest not trying to lift it. I kept it in the box, got behind it and slid it up the stairs with no problem.

This is a great piece for your living room unless you have cats. They will destroy this material quick. It did look amazing though and we got many compliments on this piece. Holds a lot of blankets and weâve had people sit on this and be comfortable when we had guests over. Would definitely recommend.

WOW. I could not be more pleased if I tried. I was searching high and low for an ottoman with storage that was modern/contemporary and not super expensive. I found several with this same look but all were either ridiculously inexpensive with low ratings (telling me they wouldn’t last long enough to get here) or higher priced with low ratings. I also wanted an actual white ottoman/bench and all others were cream/beige trying to convince potential buyers it would be “white”. Reading the reviews on this one sold me. And now I can only repeat what others have stated….. this product is AWESOME. For the price, this thing is a steal!!!!!! And yes, it is actually white. The top is firm so it’s great for sitting and for placing a tray with drinks, snacks, etc.. But it’s also comfortable with just enough give when one puts their feet up.The legs are a dense plastic. How often you drag this around, play or sit on it will probably determine their longevity. It’s just the hubs and I so this should last us a very long time. And if not, the legs are a fairly typical style and size and could easily be replaced. The fabric is a tough vinyl (of course it’s not leather, not at this price…. but it won’t matter once you see it). The only detraction (and this would only matter if you really want to cram a lot into it) is the bottom of the inside. It has a bit more give than I would want if I were loading things in that bear a lot of weight. But for a handful of books and magazines, extra bedding, your evening throw for when it’s chilly, etc….you’re all good.Shipment was not only awesome, it was early. Packaging was easy to remove but more than sufficient to protect the product en route.This is a 5-star love fest.

Perfect For Our Guest Room. We are pleased.
I purchased this ottoman for our guest room. It is the perfect height for sitting on and putting on your shoes. It is also long enough for two carry-on suitcases to sit on open (which is one of its intentions for our guests). There is a limited amount of storage inside, enough to stash a good size comforter and a pillow or two, but not big enough to compare to a hope chest. Regarding construction; I was a little apprehensive about this after reading the comments about the plastic feet. However, the plastic is not flimsy, rather it resembles (to me) the plastic used in square feet to elevate beds an additional inches off the floor. Very sturdy and durable. I soon came to realize this was a plus as my vacuum did not mar them when I accidentally hit them. The faux leather appears to be a heavier grade than most and should withstand many a visitor. The bench itself is very sturdy and matches the “assemble yourself” white laminate furniture pieces well (it is a guest room, after all). I do not remember if there was a weight limit, but we put 500 lbs. on the bench and it did very well under that amount of weight, something I always want to know. Additional, this came very well packaged and did not sustain any damage in shipping. Yes, there was a slight smell to the interior of the bench, but this dissipated after awhile after opening and airing out.

The white bench (ottoman) is really nice looking. I can fit a large down comforter inside perfectly. Just love the white. Look great in my blue bedroom with white scattered rugs around the bed. Plus my dog can get off the bed easily using the bench. He needs help to get up but they okay.
