I used as a tree skirt during Christmas time in 2024 and then washed to use as a blanket after. Lightweight and super soft. Does shed even after initial wash but very durable. Great value for the money.

To start off, I did not subtract any points for ordering the smaller size due to my error. It was purely my mistake, I had sworn it was “queen” sized and didn’t hardly glance at the dimensions as I ordered. It was a lightning deal that seemed like a solid steal at $20.Blankets are a lot like candy and have become a plauge for holiday shopping. The “sherpa” ones tend to show up more for Christmas but they are still abundant enough that I have a hard time recommending them.SOFTNESSIt may be due to the price which can be subjective depending on where your instore locations is but I feel it lacks in softness for its value. It is undeniably soft but it is not something that I want to keep touching. When I walk the store around holidays, I cannot help but cuddle the blankets for their luxurious feel. I do not have this urge as I open it and wrap it around myself.WARMTH & COMFORTI grouped these together as they are similar and my reviews are always long winded! It is a rainy evening and my house is permanently set to a chilly sub 70 temp. It warms me very quickly and I am pretty cozy. It may not be soft enough to feel like im melting but it is a nice blanket.CLOSING STATEMENTSI have owned it a very short time true, however I know my blankets. I do like the heft overall over a standard thin fleece and it does have a nice sheen and appeal with what seems to be halfway decent stitching. Smells like stored clothing being on the slight musty side but honestly what do you expect in this world of consumerism where things are ported worldwide and stored. I feel that even if I had the bigger size to cover my legs (I’m 5’4″) there are better choices out there for this price point. Microfiber is a abundant and possibly close to as bad as plastic. I would evaluate how badly you need blankets for yourself or as a gift. Im not against getting deals when I need but it should serve a real need to you. Perhaps I will test their 30 day guarantee as I dont see enough value in it and I am the type that will rarely return or be too unsatisfied with a product.
