Best portable chair I’ve used…
I haven’t had this chair very long yet, about a month I guess. But I’ve been impressed so far. I’m a heavy guy and not tall. I was worried the frame and or fabric would be a problem; but so far it seems to be very sturdy and comfortable.I have two young sons who are very active in sports. Consequently, we spend many nights and weekends at ballgames, pretty much all year long, every year. Over the years, we have gone through a lot of folding chairs; usually the bagged kind that most people use. We’re usually lucky if those chairs last a year and I haven’t been very happy with the last few I’ve had; uncomfortable, not enough storage, poorly designed cup holders, etc… Plus, the bags never seem to hold up even as long as the chairs. Anyway, I was looking to try something different when my last chair broke several weeks back. I had sat in various “director” type folding chairs over the last few years and had always been interested in trying one; but they never seemed to have a good combination of storage and cup holders. I bought one from Academy Sports and the fabric tore the first time I sat down in it. So, when I saw this one on Amazon, I decided to give it a try and took the one from Academy back to the store.So far it has been great. The bottle holders keep my water cold to cool for a lot longer than a regular cup holder, which generally has absolutely no insulation properties at all; and the various storage pockets are very useful. I’ve been loading my Surface tablet, water bottles and mobile hot spot Wi-Fi device into the chair before heading to the ball fields and everything stays stored away neatly whenever I’m not using it. I also drop my phone into one of the pockets while I’m using the chair and still have a few pockets left. The table has worked fine for various uses (very handy when eating at the ball field) and the chair itself has been mostly comfortable; I would like to slouch a little more than it allows from time to time, but I’m okay with the tradeoff. I’ve literally spent entire days sitting in this chair with no comfort issues to speak of.The carrying strap has worked well and held up okay so far. It has come off a few times, not while I was carrying it, because the clasp gets bent every now and then. I will likely replace the clasp with something more substantial at some point; but it’s okay for now. And I was worried about the fabric; but so far it seems to be plenty sturdy for my weight (250+ lbs).The only negative I have to say about the chair I have (and for me, it’s not really an issue) is that two of the pockets are designed to stay closed with Velcro, but only one side of the Velcro was attached when I received the chair. That is something that would be easy to fix, if I were so inclined, but you would expect the chair to be complete.Anyway, I’m quite happy with the chair to date. Hopefully, I will get plenty of use out of it before it breaks.

A complete folding chair worth keeping
This chair has everything a folding should have and then some – good looks. First and foremost it’s comfortable. You can actually sit upright and the seat is firm allowing you to sit for two hours comfortably. The seat is deep enough for someone over 6′ tall and short enough for others around 5′. The open back gives you ample fresh air to remain cool in the summer. The outside pockets are versatile to hold “everything” within reach. The inside pocket holds magazines, books, and papers – or a laptop. The arms are cushioned and fabric so they can be washed and are never cold/hot from the weather. the handles on both arms make it easy to pick up and carry or the arm sling allows for longer hauls keeping your hands free. The side table is just enough room for a plate, dessert, drink and binoculars, or any other gadgets. Finally, the umbrella loop on the back is clever. It’s a great feature for sunny days and fair skin. With a lifetime guarantee we bought two and love the color options. We have seen similar chairs but they had a full back forcing the bottom to slope up, forcing YOUR bottom to slope up and getting uncomfortable after a few minutes (or keep squirming). The fabric is thick and durable and the stitching is commercial grade IMHO. The chair is light enough to be a staple seating option no matter where you go and amazingly sturdy beyond compare. If they go on sale, then I will buy two more. We even use them as extra chairs on our patio for guests. Don’t buy another folding chair that fits in a sock – I have 4 of them and haven’t used any since we bought these.

Perfect for sports and car camping
If you are looking for a small compact chair, this one is not for you.I was looking for a quick to assemble chair that is comfortable and this one fit perfectly. It sets up in literal seconds. I love the color options and the optional table satisfies my inner beverage goblin. The extra side pockets are great for camping and holding bug spray and cards and such, all the essentials. There is a handy carry strap so I can carry it easily with my frisbee bag for weeknight and tournament play. Love it.

This is great as a beach chair. 16.5″ seat height. Comfortable, lightweight. Easy to fold. Side Table is awesome. Pockets for keys, phone, book etc. and drink holders. I’ve sent two others back before finding this one.

I liked this chair so much, I purchased one as a gift for a relative. This is the chair everyone wants to sit in when we go camping or for a picnic. I also use this chair to go out plein air painting and can strap it to my backpack. The little table extension is very useful. The pockets are a bit small but I use them for smaller items.
