Nice set, good and solid quality, the big knives on the small side
This is a very nice 15-piece knife set including a 8″ chef knife, a 8″ slicing knife, a 7″ Santoku knife, a 8″ serrated bread knife, a 5″ utility knife, a 3.5″ paring knife, 6 pcs 4.5″ serrated steak knives, a pair of kitchen shears, a knife sharpener plus a hardwood knife block. I like their various functions, they are well made with German steel and are the most complete set that I have ever owned. On one blade of the shears there is a can opener, very unique. Also it’s awesome that the steak knives can be put on the block, I will use them from now on and get rid of my older steak knives from the drawer to save space. The hardwood knife block is well made, heavy enough to hold all the knives, yet doesn’t take much space on the kitchen counter top–an excellent feature. My old knife block only has 6 slots but its base size is about the same as this one. The main/big knifes are ~1-2 in. shorter than my old ones, but their blades are more curved.I’ve used the chef knife (cutting fruits and vegetables) and the bread knife (splitting bagels that are pretty dense). They are probably the sharpest and hardest that I have ever had, but in the mean time they are light and the handles with black rubber grooves fit well and don’t slip. Overall they are excellent value products and I highly recommend!

Quality knife set
I love that this set has a full tang, it is a solid set. They look great, and the block is super attractive. High quality for less than you’d pay for a name brand set. Mine did need to be sharpened, but I like my knives extremely sharp. We’ll see how they hold up to time and wear!

Okay for everyday use.
This knife set looks modern and attractive and are super sharp out of the box. The grips also have a nice feel. They are advertised as full tang but they appear to have the blade and handle just one piece. They feel light in the handle and less balanced than other full tang knives I own. The different blades are the most commonly used though I would prefer a longer/thinner boning knife in place of the utility knife, which is just a larger paring knife. Overall, I think these make a nice starter set of knives.

Sharp and Stylish, Handle with Care
This set looks great and feels high quality, with a sleek design and plenty of useful knives for different tasks. However, the knives are extremely sharp, so be very careful when unpacking themâeven though they come with protective covers, we still ended up cutting our hands a couple of times. Overall, itâs a versatile and well-designed set, just be mindful when handling!

Excellent sharpness
This knife set is excellent in both build and sharpness. They’re noticeably lighter than my previous set I had been using and my hand doesn’t get as tired when chopping. The one piece design feels strong but the knives do give some flex when bending side to side. The handle designs are good though and I really like the textured grips provided by the indentations. The block is solid wood and doesn’t look cheap. It’s actually really nice. The sharpener works great but you have to move the scissors out of the way to use it.

Sharp, balanced set
Amazing set. I have used each piece except the bread knife and the steak knives. The set is easy to clean. The handles provide a nice balance while using and the finish goes well with the wood block. The set is sharp. If cleaned properly and dried properly I canât see them rusting.

Very light weight and a little strange
The nicest thing about this set is the wood block. It’s solid wood and has a built-in blade sharpener, and it’s very attractive for display. The knives themselves are a bit weird and slightly disappointing.First they are extremely light weight, and feel as if the handles are hollow. The blades are a bit thin and flexible. The description says German 1.4116 stainless steel, but the handle is a lower quality 430 stainless, so they were likely forged or stamped together. So I would not call this a full tang.I don’t hate it – I just think once you get into the $50-100 range, you have a lot of options that are higher quality than this.

nice knives, but on small side.
This is a great knife set. The block is nice and well built. My only complaint is that the larger knives are a bit shorter than I’m used to. I’d say bout 1-2″ shorter than usual. Overall the knives themselves are really nice and sharp though.
