Precision of parts and directions are stellar
Had one hiccup but it was the shipping company and the vendor took care of it right away. This bed is a great deal for the price and the clean lines are beautiful. My son loves it.

Cute, but instructions mixed up
End product was very cute, instructions were clear for the most part, but one part was labeled incorrectly. For the drawer portion, the part AA should be labeled BB and vise versa BB should be labeled AA. Once that was figured out it was smooth sailing. Love it 🙂

Sturdy bed
The assembly was easy and the instructions in the manual were clear. I did have a defected part though (human error) which was replaced at no cost.I am very satisfied with the seller Betemint and their customer service. They really respect their buyers.

Great but with flaws
I love the frame it is all metal which is great. & the color & design is great. But a few flaws. I received the package & 1 of the backboards has a crack. So I wrote the company to see if I could get a replacement board instead of having to send it all back. Never heard anything from them. So customer service is horrible. The sliding drawers that are underneath are not the greatest as when youâre getting in & out of the bed they squeak. No way to really fix that other then building tracks.

i spend 40 minutes looking for instructions up and down over and over . no where to be found .. 360 dollar bed frame with no instructions… hmmmm good to know . not very satisfied…

Damaged
We really like the looks of this bed and all the storage it has. Unfortunately, it came with a flawed drawer front and we have been unable to get any response from the manufacturer. After assembling the whole thing, we don’t want to have to deal with returning it all, we just want a replacement part.

Perfect for a kid.
The drawers are a little funky and I think that if they get used very much they will break. We told our 8 year old daughter just to store things she doesn’t need very much there and it will be fine. Overall she loves the bed.

Excellent packaging and instructions. Easy to follow. I am 70 and put most of it together by myself. Had help toward the end lifting headboard. Would buy again.
