I love the low profile of the ceiling fan and the RGB lights around the main light. It was a little complicated to get the app working with the fan/light as the instructions weren’t real clear. Got the app working but it seems as though only one person can be synced to the light at one time. Overall, I think this was a good purchase and I really like the way it looks.

This is a great upgrade.The last ceiling fan I installed in my office was a cheaply made Chinese fan that had poor wiring and a cheap plastic collar that held all the weight of the fan. It shook violently at medium or high speeds and it wouldn’t spin in reverse. I spent a hundred bucks on it and I was miserable with my decision.This fan, on the other hand, exceeds all my expectations. The fact that it’s a budget fan means that they did keep the entire thing simple and the fan blades are molded plastic. That said, the blades are solid and have a velvety finish. In addition, the remote control is a little cheap feeling and the plastic case can get in the way of the AAA batteries’ “+” nubs from being able to touch the remote’s positive terminals. I wiggled the batteries a little and they connected nicely. Everything else about this was excellent.The collar that attached to the electrical box is strong and includes built-in I-terminals that let you screw the wiring together without the need for wire nuts. The assembly was one of the fastest, easiest ones I’ve ever done because of all the built-in connections from one component to the next. The wiring is properly color coded to US electrical standards, which made the installation much faster. The remote receiver was not so bulky that it wouldn’t fit in the casing like other low profile ceiling fans. The design looks expensive on first glance, though you can see some pretty obvious signs of it being a budget fan in the way of the exposed bolt heads and the visible seams between the fan blades. But for a reasonably priced unit, it looks pretty dang good!I installed this in my low-ceiling attic room, which I use for an office, guest bedroom and game room. I need a low profile, minimalist ceiling fan in here to minimize the possibility of someone reaching into the spinning blades. The size of this is great for my purposes.The LEDs and light dome are interesting. The LEDs are built into a circular disc that connects magnetically to the steel frame and allow you to choose any of about 8 variations of color temperature from about 3000k (warm white) to about 10000k (super bluish white). The dome surrounding the LEDs is plastic, but has a translucent ring so light gets cast in all directions.Since there’s no wood to crack and no glass to shatter, this is a really safe option for online orders, since you know there’s nothing to break during shipping.The remote gives you a lot of options, from changing direction of the spin to dimming, brightening and changing the temperature of the light to six different fan speeds. There’s a couple seconds of lag between when you press a fan button and the activation of the fan motor, but the LED buttons activate immediately.The dimensions are accurate to the description. The light comes down about 9.5″ from the ceiling and the fan blades only come down about 8″, keeping this a truly low profile fan. The width of 41″ is accurate as well, making this fan ideal for small rooms with low ceilings.Finally, the thing that made this fan truly remarkable was the video installation guide in the listing itself. I’ve installed dozens of ceiling fans in my life, and they’re all a little different. This one was pretty straightforward, but having such a great installation video was extraordinarily helpful.I love it and recommend it for anyone budget conscious who needs a small, versatile ceiling fan for a bedroom or office.

I wasn’t expected to find cheap soft plastic blades in the box. This is the kind of plastic that will most likely turn yellowish over time, I hope not, but we’ll see. The installation instructions are missing detailed steps and are confusing if this is the first time putting up a ceiling fan, fortunately, this wasn’t my first rodeo and was able to easily figure it out. As I’m writing this, I found out in the product description that there is a video available on the product page. I suggest you watch that first, except I do no suggest to screw the ceiling plate into the sheetrock with wood screws, like they did, it is not safe; secure the plate to the metal electric junction box in the ceiling with the box’s screws (the holes line up perfectly). They should have included washers to screw this plate to the electric junction box. I ended up using the washers on the optional cement fasteners included in the small zip lock bag. The finished assembly is not that heavy to lift and to hook onto the ceiling screws, except you may have to fiddle and tuck in the wires as part of that step. In terms of noise level, the motor is really quiet, but if you crank the speed to medium-high, the noise of the wind can be louder than you would like. There is a rainbow of colours around the light ring; fortunately it can be switched off independently of the main light, which has 3 different temperature settings, as well as different dimmable options.

We needed to replace an older fan in our house but the ceiling is very low hence this low profile fan is perfect. It was fairly easy installing it and the fan is 41″ as well so it does have the ability to push a decent amount of air. The lighting option is amazing, we have the choice of controlling it with our phone or with remote. The fan is very quiet so when we are sleeping we don’t hear that humming and buzzing sound. It is great.

This is a well made and easy to install fan with many features. Everything required for installation is included and takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.The fan has 6 speeds that range from barely noticeable to a high amount of air movement that will keep you cool.The fan has two directions and can be used winter and summer to help keep the air movement adequate in your home.The light is bright and can be changed from 3000-6000K and the outside LED ring is RGB allowing many colour effects.The fan can be controlled via the included remote controller or by using the accessory app.This fan is very capable and is much more quiet then the old style heavy blade ceiling fans. Another nice feature is that the fan is so light it does not cause shaking or heavy vibration like most of the heavy old style fans.Easy to install, lots of features and good build quality make this a great value for a ceiling fan.
