These have helped me immensely with my weight loss goals. These containers help me with meal prepping for lunch, allowing me to pack a variety of things while prioritizing what nutrients I’m focusing on. Super easy to use and clean, just toss them in the dishwasher. They seal very tightly and are good to toss in your lunchbox. They aren’t overly large and will fit into most cupboard and drawers. Honestly really good value for money considering how much I use these.

Perfect for snack prepping
I use these every single day for work to pack things such as fruit and yogurt and crackers or whatever I’m feeling for the day. I love how these have dividers in them so I can keep my food touching. They have held up really well and the dishwasher And the microwave. And they’re just so nice to look at

Durable and easy to clean but dividers don’t go all the way to the lid
These containers are super functional for packing snacks or foods you want separate. I have used them on a daily basis for the past 6 months and they’ve held up well! One of the biggest upsides is that they can go in the dishwasher and since they are glass, they don’t get stained by tomatoes/sauces.My one issue with these containers is that the walls between the different sections are too short. Since the walls don’t go all the way up, sometimes things will leak or spill into another section which is kind of annoying. Overall still a great container though, and I would buy them again for the convenience!

These have been invaluable to my journey of wellness and weight loss.When your meals are prepared and portioned out ahead, you have a much higher chance for success.Highly recommend- great quality and seals beautifully. Great for weight loss portions or for children, however, I would not recommend for men’s lunches – it likely wouldn’t be enough, lol!
