Nice material, works great for kids toys
I needed something to store kids toys that always ended up everywhere, the kids even love sitting on it. I’m thinking about getting another for my travel trailer, it folds up easily, but feels super sturdy when assembled.

Bought it for storage storage worked well. The weight it claims to hold 287lbs. My partner weighs 205lbs and he sat on it a couple of times while trying shoes and the top piece (COLLAPSED) in all four corners. Now I can’t use it . I have used these before. I had bought one cheaper for ($5.00) and it lasted for 10 years. Very disappointing.

Cute storage box
Some people do not have realistic expectations about what this product is. If you want a keepsake level piece that you will hand down to your grandchildren or expect the thin walls of this box which is not made of solid wood to hold weight that’s moving around shifting the center of gravity — all for the price of two fast food combo meals, you are going to be disappointed.At this price point the box/foot rest should look cute from 10 feet away, store some items on the inside, and support feet as a footrest if used for that purpose but otherwise blend into the room and not draw attention. Assuming the fabric color is appropriate for where it will be placed, I feel it does these things very well. Between the couch and the front door it makes for a nice “catch-all” to get comfortable inside.

I ordered this Storage Ottoman,Folding Ottomans with Storage,Linen Ottoman Foot Rest with Pocket,Foot Stool with 4cm Thicker Foam Padded,For Living Room,Bedroom,Home,Office,Dorm,287 lb Load Capacity (Beige) to use in my living room.The good: Its button tufted top is quite handsome. Its fabric looks good in person. The beige is a true neutral as well. The ottoman is a good height for us to rest our feet on from a living room chair.The bad: A couple of things really bothered me. First – the underside of the lid is covered with cheap ‘fabric’ (like those cheap ‘reusable’ shopping bags often given out at events that don’t hold up whatsoever), under which are multiple lumps. One of the lumps is sharp–like there are nails or staples poking up from under the fabric (see photo; red arrow points to the sharp spot). Then there is the top of the ottoman itself. I sat with my feet on it for about 10 minutes, after which time when I got up a divot remained where my heel had been (see photo; red circle around divot). This didn’t go away for about a half hour. It looks really bad. They’re definitely not using memory foam in this ottoman; whatever foam it is is rather firm and not forgiving. Finally, make sure you don’t lose the floor of the ottoman. Mine came wedged into the lid. If I hadn’t have been looking for it I would have missed it entirely. Once the floor is pressed into place the sides become squared. But this little ottoman in no way gives me confidence that it can hold 287 lbs (per the listing). I’m half that and I’m scared to stand on it to reach the top of my curtains.This could be a fine fill-in ottoman or staging ottoman, but for me, for a long-term addition to my living room, it fails. I may cut my hand one of these times when brushing against the inside of the lid. And the divots/imprints that are always left behind are super annoying. Sadly, I can’t especially recommend this item.
