Great buy
Great sturdy bed. Only give it 4 stars because the end is sharp and making sure you walk around it cause if you stump your toe it would probably break your toes. Does exactly what it says it does. My son is 230lbs and holds him up just fine. He loves it.

Sturdy and easy to assemble
We upgraded the 9yr old to this and the 4yr old got big brothers hand me down bedframe (which required ALOT of additional wood to fix. We knew we needed a metal bed frame for him as they just need something a bit more sturdy as boys will be boys. this went together fairly easily, probably about 1 – 1.5 hour total for me to assemble myself. he loves the rgb lights and the little outlet bank is a great addition that he uses for his star projection night light. seems pretty solid and kid proof. very happy with how sturdy and nice it looks. overall very happy with it.

It’s bigger than the standard queen size, my standard queen mattress runs small.One side of the headboard doesn’t have two of the pre-drilled holes, so I just left it unscrewed.I expected it to be a bit higher, but it’s not and I can barely fit things under it.Very time consuming to assemble.No squicking so far. And it does look good.
