Very happy with these bar stools!
These bar stools arrived yesterday (sooner than expected) and, of course, I put them together right away. And I really was able to put them together “right away”; it was so easy! Instructions were clear and simple; all the parts were there and fit well. They are very sturdy, but still fit nicely at my kitchen island… this is a big deal since I searched a good while to find stools with a smaller footprint — not too wide a base — that would still safely accommodate people of various sizes. Also, from the pictures on the site I was a little concerned that the backrest might curve out too far, but it doesn’t; it’s just right! Love the smooth swivel and the footrest… comfortable to relax on while sipping a cup of tea (I already tried it out!). The wood on the seats is in excellent condition and so are the metal parts. The brushed black over silver might be too industrial for some, but it’s perfect for my decor. I’m very satisfied with the seller and the product! 5-stars from me.

Attractive and sturdy but not very comfortable
They look as pictured, a nice sturdy industrial style but the black paint over steel is just an okay faux rustic. I would probably choose black in hindsight but can always paint them later. For me the backrest is uncomfortable, takes up seating room and hits me in the wrong area of my back. Iâm 5â7â, 135lb. My 5â4â, 120lb wife thinks they are comfortable. I bought two more but didnât install the backs, perfect! A bit odd to have both at the counter but at least thereâs something for adults and kids alike.

Very Cool, sturdy, fun, and well made
Initially purchased two of these bar chairs to replace my old dining set chairs made of wood. Theyâre very easy to assemble and all needed tools are provided.After trying them out for a week, I ordered six more. My wife is very pleased with the results. I didnât set them up to too high to prevent them from wobbling. Used the old high chairs as a baseline to set proper high.My children usually go for a quick spin and they think these chairs are fun to sit. So far, chairs can handle my weight, 190 pounds. Iâm able to sit comfortably for about 30 minutes

Very Sturdy and Sharp Looking
These are exactly what I wanted for my game (pool table) room. I like the heavy duty (you’ll be a believer when you pull the stand out of the box), industrial look. Yes, the seats are solid wood and probably wouldn’t be comfortable for long sitting. But for my purposes, friends playing pool and socializing, up moving around, not planted on their stools for extended periods, comfort for style was an easy trade-off.

Well made, easily adjustable and stylish but uncomfortable and not very stable. They’re nice to look at but they were a bad choice for practicality.

Great quality except the back is not as strong as I would like. You definately want to make sure no one leans back on the back very hard. The rest of the chair seems to be very heavy duty and was easy to put together. I would buy this stool again and recommend it highly for the $.
