Good Organizer Shelf!
This is a great organizer shelf with a good weight. Its not too heavy or too light and was really easy to assemble. It has great versatility and we used it as an overhead shelf which we reinforced. The shelf easily holds lots of photographs and other decor items and looks great. Overall good value.

Rickety and poorly constructed
I never write reviews, but I was moved to do so for this product because it was an aboslute waste of money. What parts of the bookshelf I could put together were unstable and wobbly, but most egregiously, the predrilled holes were so unaligned that I couldn’t even put insert the middle shelves. The particle board was flimsy and split almost immediately when you tried to put in the wooden pegs that were meant to hold the shelves in place. This product was so bad it was almost comical, especially for the relatively hefty price tag.Returning it and getting my money back was almost a month long affair- they argued against the refund at first claiming that because I received the product, they had fulfilled their part. Several back and forths with customer service later, they agreed to refund me, but required I ship the product back to them. Of course they provided a unpaid shipping label. More back and forths with Amazon customer service- I was assured that because the product was delivered defective (I literally couldn’t put it together due to the unaligned predrilled holes!) I would be refunded the price of shipping it back once I sent in a receipt. Shipping it back cost me $198.58! When I presented my receipt (per the instructions I was given!) the seller refused to pay it. After literally calling and complaining every 3 days for almost an entire month, I finally just accepted an amazon gift card in the amount that I paid for shipping and let the whole thing die. As of my last email with the shipper, they were still refusing to refund my shipping fee and showed 0 remorse for sending such a shoddy product or the headache that getting my money back for it caused.If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Stay away from this terrible product and this terrible company!!!!!!

They are decent for the price thus far, seem sturdy, look decent, and bigger then the cheaper 11.5inch. They are not too bad to put together even though the poorly executed instructions are as expected for Chinese product.

The product is very sturdy. It is not very heavy. When finally put together it holds a lot of our stuff. It’s a great value. All the hardware was included. Definitely takes two people to put together

Cute but with Blood, Sweat and Tears
My daughter and I are BTS fans and we didnât know that was going to play into our furniture assembly until we literally shed Blood, Sweat and Tears putting this shelf together. It turned out ok but one of the dowels snapped simply as we were assembling it, and the instructions were more complicated than it needed to be. It could have just been the materials we received because some other reviews are very good, but several of the holes in the shelf pieces werenât drilled all the way so we needed to fix that with a drill. Definitely a two person job to put this together so it doesnât fall apart- delicate balancing act. Pack your patience when you start to assemble this but it will turn out cute!
