Blown away. Tried so many others. THIS IS IT
I am blown away by these garage door lights. I got the 12,000 lm four light bulb and it is so much brighter than all of other knockoff bulbs that claimed to be 20,000 lm. The color temperature on these are perfect. They are super bright but not blindingly so. And best of all they do not interfere with the remote control from our garage door opener. All of the other ones I have used make it so that we have to be right next to the garage door to open the garage from our cars. I have switched over all of our garage lights to these and we can open our garage door from down the block like we used to be able to

Panels fold down, not up, otherwise great
The panels fold down, not up, so there are definite limits to where you can point the light if you’re looking to light things up below it. The flexibility does make it easy to control the bounce off the ceiling, so it’s great for indirect lighting.Aside from that, it’s a great light – links easily to Google Home, full RGB plus white, very bright.Edit: the very bright depends on what you set it to of course. Got one for the kitchen and when set to incandescent it doesnât seem as bright as the 1680 lumen 2700k Phillips LED it replaced.

Bright, adjustable, easy to use
This light is brighter than I expected. Given that it’s a daylight-type temperature, that makes it feel even brighter. It is perfect for a garage or work space. A little less ideal for other spaces, but it’s serving my needs well so far.I’m using it for my loft that doubles as home-office and personal maker area, with it also providing some light to my bedroom below. Aside from wishing that it had a warmer-temperature setting, the light is working well and was easy to configure.One con is that while the light panes can be tilted and rotated, they only rotate 180 degrees (going clockwise from flat down). Unfortunately my room layout is such that I need to rotate it in the opposite direction for optimal placement, so I have to settle for a slightly less-optimal positioning. I wish they allowed it to rotate in either direction.The other issue is the trickiness in adjusting it; the dimmer scale is not well calibrated. The brightness levels aren’t linear, such that, for example, there is a significant difference between 5% and 10%, but much less between 50% and 100%. Also, if you ask Alexa to dim it will go from fairly about 50% to off when you ask her to dim it. Even on the SmartLife App (pro: you can use SmartLife instead of Feit’s app) it can be difficult to dial in the desired brightness. Most of the time I find myself setting the light in the 2-10% level unless I’m working on something where I need a lot of light.

Sometimes stays on without motion
Purchased for my garage. Not sure if animals are setting it off but it stays on all the time which defeats the purpose.Provides great light when on, I just don’t use the motion sensing which defeats the purpose.

Really handy little light
I tried several Led lights in the garage and shop. The problem is getting the right amount of light without blinding yourself by some harsh high lumen output.Think of these as just a really verstile light bulb. They are pretty powerful, but the ability to turn the arms so that the light isnt quite so direct into the deepest part of your cornea makes them super handy. I have one that faces straight up, so all light is diffused through reflection fron the cieling, and its plenty bright for a standard ceiling height. I have plans to buy more once I get around to finishing a shop renovation. At this price, its an excellent value.
