I wasn’t expecting super high quality or even high quality at this price point. I really wanted a slim knife set & couldn’t find anything! The knives are sharp but they do rust immediately so you need to make sure you dry them with every use. The holder is super thin plastic and cheesy looking, but it’s tucked away in a corner in my kitchen, not very noticeable. Overall okay for the price, pretty much what you’d expect

Really sharp!
I bought a set of knifes a few months ago from Amazon and they sucked and forgot to return them. So I had to look for another set, I saw these and I liked the style, the block caught my attention since I have a small kitchen and hadly no counter space. I don’t like serrated steak knifes but I still ordered them. I ordered them thinking I was not gonna like them because I thought they were gonna be dull for that price. I received them and I’m really shock how good they cut. I wash them and I dry them right away with a paper towel to avoid water spots and so they won’t get rust. It was a good purchase and the best part they are so affordable.

I have this same set. My son & his gf liked it so I purchased it for their new apartment. Works great for their limited countertop space. Very easy to clean. The blades & sharp. I purchased because of the appearance & fact that the knives are all 1 piece. So, no future issue with damaged or loose handles.

So, I am a chef by profession among other things. I bought this chef knife set, love the case and al that, but was so disappointed in the CHEF KNIFE itself. I expected more belly it was more like a slicing knife than what it was supposed to be. another thing is that it does not keep edge well. the casing id lovely though
