    Love this new gadget
I love this stirring tool for natural nut butters. I was skeptical as to how well this would work and if it would stay in my drill, it performed wonderfully on both accounts. I just hand tightened the stirring tool in the drill and it worked perfectly, I hate having to stir up a new jar of nut butter, I always make a mess plus it’s not easy to get a totally smooth consistency especially if the nut butter is on the colder side. The tool did a great job of getting all the way into the bottom of the jar. The only down side I found was when I turned the drill to a faster speed and pulled the tool up and down to get a homogeneous mix from top to bottom the was a little spatter. I usually make a mess doing it manually so this was less of a mess than I usually make doing it with a knife. The little spatula is quite ingenious, it has a small hole that perfectly fits the diameter of the stirring tool so you can easily clean the tool, the only down side is there is not much left on the tool for the dog to lick off, she liked the knife method better, more nut butter to eat. This is one of my new favorite tools, simple and efficient.

Amazing item that works great! Stirs Peanut Butter
I love Natural Peanut Butter. The only problem is stirring it up takes a long time and some serious effort. This device and a handy electric drill motor makes small work out of it. Instead of spending 10 minutes and sloshing peanut oil everywhere, this handy little tool blends the peanut butter very well with little effort and mess.I used a medium sized battery powered household drill motor. I put the mixer on the drill, tightened it up and set it to the slower of two speeds. It mixed the peanut butter quite well. So well in fact that I turned it up to the faster speed and mixed some more. It blended it very quickly and with almost no splattering. Be prepared to keep a grip on the jar of peanut butter. There is also included a spatula tool to clean off the steel impeller. That works really good as well. This is something I didn’t even know I needed. I plan on using this again and again.

I love the spatula, but *my* drill chuck couldn’t sufficiently grip the stirrer.
The flat rather than rounded hook is designed to efficiently stir across the bottom of the jar, and it is sufficiently strong to handle drudging its way through heavy peanut butter.Unfortunately, my cordless Ryobi drill is > 20 years old (and heavy) and the chuck couldn’t grip the stirrer tightly enough, so it mostly spun around in the drill chuck rather than stirring the peanut butter. The wire stock is round from end to end, but if this were flat shanked where it inserts into the drill, as for this reason are many drill bits today, I’m sure I would be very pleased with this item. As it is though, for me it’s easier to fight with the heavy, thick mass with a strong spoon or butter knife. However, the spatula flairs so it gets to the peanut butter that’s under the rim of the jar and is curved and split, so you can more easily get all of it out of the jar – that for me makes this still worth owning. If your drill can grip it securely and it isn’t too heavy to hold in the required position to use for this task, this is a great item to have.

    Works great!
We only buy organic peanut butter and when sitting in the store the oil and the peanut butter separate. Previously I used a tool with a lid that screwed on with a handle that you turned and that moved a bent rod around to mix the oil and peanut butter, kind of. With the Stirring Tool your actually mixing the oil and peanut butter. When attached to an electric screwdriver you have plenty of torque to mix even the stiffest peanut butter and you can control the speed. I recommend slow at first and then as it becomes mixed you can speed up. It works great my peanut butter is nice and creamy. It’s dishwasher safe but I just wash it off in the sink, dry it and store in the supplied plastic bag.

Requiring an electric drill to use is a nuisance
To start… the silicone rubber spatula with the notch and the hole is awesome! I’m happy to add that to my kitchen drawer of gadgets. The stirring wand… not so much. There are a number of designs out there for metal peanut butter stirring wands. I knew this required an electric drill when I ordered it, but I didn’t realize how much of a nuisance that would be. For one… I don’t keep the drill in the kitchen, so I had to go out to the garage to find it. Two, the drill wasn’t clean, so I had to spend extra time to clean it before using it hovered over food! In short… requiring an electric drill is a nuisance.I tried another metal peanut butter stirring wand that I like better. It’s shapped like two “S” on top of each other, with a handle on top, that can be used by simply twisting your hand. The notched spatula works great with that one too.I won’t throw this wand away… it might come in handy for stirring epoxy or some such.

    wow! It really works!
I’m a 75 y/o lady who absolutely hates stirring natural peanut butter, but as do many others, I hate even more all the ingredients in the non-stir butter. So, I grumble and stumble. I was skeptical that this gadget would work. I was fairly certain I would be unable to hold the drill steady and not make a huge mess. I used my DeWalt cordless, variable-speed drill and it worked well. Took less than a minute. I gently moved the stirrer up & down and kept the speed fairly slow. The scraper also works perfectly, leaving no residue on the stirrer. The only thing I did was reduce the length of the stirrer by about 2” since it was a bit too long for me to handle easily. I love this product!

OH MY! Can’t believe how fast it mixes the oil!
I like peanut butter. When I find the “natural” peanut butter on sale, I purchase extra. This means that the oil is going to separate. This little tool makes short work of mixing it with my cordless drill.
