Very good product, but….
First, it looks good on the wall, but seems more sturdy than the 15lbs limit they set for it. Personally, I would be pretty comfortable putting 20lbs on it. The bevelled cut looks very classy, and the wood does not feel cheap, though the white paint has a bit of a rough texture to it? It’s a good value for the price, I definitely recommend it, I wish the 24″ hadn’t been out of stock.Here is my but… THE TAPE DOES NOT STICK TO A TEXTURED WALL. They NEED to put a stickier tape on the strip. I had to get duct-tape, to hold the ends in place while I pushed the pronged hinges in. I just removed the tape when I got the prongs into the wall, but it was still a little annoying when it’s such an easy issue for them to fix, and felt like an oversight.When I took everything out of the package I was quite surprised at there being such long, sharp prongs on the clips. The videos do NOT show that, and the image of the packaging shown on the amazon preview doesn’t spell that out either. I wasn’t exactly sure how the clips stayed on the wall at the time, but the highly rated reviews, and happy customers put it out of my mind. We live in an apartment, and I didn’t want to start putting screws in the bathroom walls to put a shelf up. Because, it’s an apartment, and even though we’ve been here for quite a few years now, I am always leery about move out charges… Our unit is severely lacking in storage space and floor space in the bathrooms, so I needed somewhere to put the toiletries, soaps etc. I did not need any tools at all, I know some others mentioned they needed a hammer, it did take a little force to shove it into the drywall, but it was pretty easy.TLDR; Overall, 9.5/10

PERFECT for Display. Built in level for measurement and placement!
Iâm OBSESSED! My son is six and is at that age where he is old enough to start collecting action figures etc. He really likes to display his favorite toys on every available surface in his room. I got this shelf for his nicer figures as a surprise while he is at his dadâs for summer vacation. I CANNOT WAIT until he sees it! This was a very easy install. I am not a fan of dealing with traditional wall anchors and screws. I did have to hammer the pegs in, but it is well-secured and will be simple to remove if needed. The anchoring device comes with a plastic strip(adhesive backed) with a built in level that made it extremely simple to measure placement. It was important to me to find something that could hold extra weight depending on what my son wants to display, as well as deep enough he can fit what he wants on it. I have already ordered another shelf. I am extremely pleased.

Sturdy Shelves But…
This shelf is solid and sturdy, and I do like it, but it is not great if you want to move items on or off of it regularly. Which I was hoping to do. This shelf is more for placing something (even heavier than a plush animal) and leaving it there. Adhesion to the wall part is good and seems solid.I had hoped to place some books I read on it and be able to get them easily. Maybe this can work as a working bookshelf, I just haven’t been able to figure out how. It may be where it is located or how I try to reach the shelf from underneath it that causes the problems.My problem is the brackets. They click together in place well, but any movement to the shelf itself, even slightly, has unhinged the brackets causing it to fall, twice (for me).I would purchase this for a display type shelf instead of a bookshelf. I think it can withstand several pounds, just not much jostling.

Quite sturdy!
Very sturdy shelf. No problems there. I could not, for the life of me, push the brackets into the drywall with my thumbs as shown in the instructions, but some taps with a hammer did the trick. Though a had to use a tool after all, it was still better than having to resort to stud finding or breaking out the mollys. Would certainly buy again.

Looks lovely.
We bought a couple of these to place my purses in my closet as I was running out of room. Since we rent, we did not want to put too many holes in the wall as you need to do with other floating shelves. They were easy to install, come with their own level, and look great. It really elevated the look of my closet. Not the original goal, but certainly a plus. We are going to get a few more from different parts of the apartment.

The part that goes into the wall was a little tough to push in, we used a hammer (gently) to get the prongs in. All in all itâs such a great product. Itâs a little pricey for such a little shelf, but I suppose you pay for it the ease of being able to put up a shelf without drilling
