Powerful and convenient
Of course, referencing this as ‘Powerful’ is a relative term. But for the class of device, it is powerful. It’s kind of a double edge sword though… its big for its class, but that size enables the larger battery for the power. So, the pro and cons are two sided.Battery life has been reasonable and it feels relatively durable, but only time will confirm that.If you are in the market for a cordless Dremel and the larger size is OK, it a good choice. If it’s for a grooming aid, I’d suggest a smaller less powerful option.

Edited Review: Great Customer service. Terrible battery
Upon reaching out to the seller, they took care of the issue quickly. Iâll order another and give that one a try.The battery will not take a full charge even after hours and hours on the charger. I have only used the tool two times. This is unacceptable. The tool is on the weaker side, but that is what I expected. I would gladly give more stars if the company were to make it right.

It takes nearly 5 hours for it to charge and while using it it would shut off even though it showed is still had some power left.
