Perfect Rug for Side/Back Door

Fits perfectly in my awkward little space
My son keeps his scooter in the house and would put a towel down whenever it got wet, which in the rain forest that’s South Florida is pretty often, and the towel looked awful. It was bunchy and messy and too wide for the space, so I decided I needed an alternative. Since the step next to where the scooter is parked is so narrow, I needed a narrow rug, but I also needed it to be long enough for the scooter. Finding one was no easy feat. Most runners are two feet wide while rugs that are narrower are usually only three feet long. As you can see, this rug is perfect! It looks nice and neat, no bunching or moving at all, and also matches my house. It’s also a plus that although it’s “black,” it’s not black black because my tan dog likes to lie on it when the scooter isn’t there, and since it’s brownish black, her fur doesn’t show.

A lot of non-slip rugs end up slipping–this does not slip. Great for entry between living room and un-carpeted kitchen. Helps assure that carpeting from living room won’t fray at the edge. Good color choices that blend w/ light brown carpet and wood kitchen floor.

I am thrilled that I ordered this rug…exactly what I needed, so I ordered another one!! It is washable, but you can also just wipe it clean if anything spills on it, plus my new pup cannot unravel it as she has done with my other rugs…very, very pleased with it’s quality!

Not True To Size
Actual size is 19 3/4 inches X 47 inches, not the advertised 20 inches X 48 inches! And it came folded and creased instead of rolled up, to avoid creases. Still, it looks good and well made. I hope it’s durable and that the creases will flatten.
