Great grip you can feel
These are great traction tape, they are super sticky and the included roller to press them down is a great addition, it makes them so easy to apply. They have held up to heavy rain and frost so far, they are the perfect size for my 4 foot wide stairs with railing, they make it so my dogs and son can navigate the stairs with less risk of slipping. The glow in the dark stripe functions perfectly, I only wish it was a little wider. High quality for the price, couldnât be happier.

Arrived as scheduled, treads and a sturdy roller included as advertised.Easy to follow instructions.Application went smoothly, I cut easily cut them to size for 3custom-sized indoor wooden steps, they went on without a hitch.It was so good, I decided to try them on our underground steel storm shelter that has 7 rough metal steps.Custom cut those, too, and application was a breeze.And they DO glow in the dark.Treads are rough to provide friction so you don’t slip.

Don’t Waste Your Money
Was looking for some non-slip traction pads to put on the front and back stairs of my house porches and decided to give these a go. The back porch area gets pretty dark at night, so we opted for the ones with the glow in the dark strips on them.The wood step surfaces were sanded down to a 180 grit level using a sanding block and thoroughly wiped down of dust to ensure there would be good adhesion. The pads were applied using the included roller and then trimmed to fit so there would be no overhang on any of the slats to ensure they wouldn’t lift or roll up. I even used a heat gun to make sure there was a strong bond with the adhesive.They worked well for a few weeks, but started to peel after our first real rainfall. The adhesive on one of the strips failed entirely and slipped out of place just from stepping on it (pictured). The other strips started peeling up from the corners and are quickly working loose as well. This is happening to all strips on both the front and back porch. The glow in the dark strips also don’t work at all, so this product failed on every level.Plans are to remove what’s left of these strips and replace with screw-in metal traction plates instead. This product said it was suitable for outdoor use, but that’s just simply untrue.
