Perfect for the doggie door
This works perfectly mounted outside the doggie door. Eliminates the need for me to turn on/off the outside light because it turns on when my dog goes out and starts coming back in! It also only stays on for 20 seconds and the lights can be angled so it wonât shine anymore n my neighbors windows!

We needed a small motion sensor light for our carport and this is a good one. I like that itâs rechargeable and easy to install. Itâs bright enough to see the floor when I come out of the car at night. I also like that itâs black and for the value I think itâs pretty good.

Simple and responsive sensor light
This light does exactly what it is expected to do with a very responsive motion sensor. I mounted it in a dark side of my yard so that I can keep an eye on my dog when going out at night. It’s not overly bright, but perfect for what I wanted it for. It should be made clear that this isn’t a solar charging light. It needs to be charged on a usb-C, then returned to it’s mounting plate where it will be used. So far it’s been great and is very easy to mount, charge, and adjust to light the area that you want lit. There is no on/off switch and it is aware of not lighting during the day, then switches on when motion is detected at night.

Horrible purchase wasted money
To start of. I am highly disappointed dissatisfied with this purchase I thought it would be good. I bought it with the idea of saving me some money. And also. Because I want a. Light that is sensored and. The lighting is horrible. Better to just keep it off because doesnât help you have to literally jump n be in front to turn on if it turns on didnât eat ate your time and money installing was horrible itâs cheap material also. Donât last long motion detection sucks horribly

Not bright enough for me, also no ON/OFF button
At first, I was really underwhelmed by this light.Nearly all other competitors use many LEDs on their lights for more brightness.Those many LEDs are underdriven by the way.This one goes on the opposite direction.It has two projecting heads, and each only has ONE tiny LED surrounded by a large reflector.Because it has nothing, no solar panel to charge the battery, they designed it for the battery to last.It only emits a combined total of 480 lumens and turns on for only 15-20 seconds.It has just enough brightness to light a small area, just enough for you to see.If you have a totally dark spot in your yard, this light may work for you.I have over a dozen existing more powerful dusk-to-dawn and motion sensor solar lights in my yard.This one with single LED cannot match those so I decided not to mount it outdoor.It is useless for me but I can see it may be useful for other people.I opened the light and found the battery pack.It consists of three 18650 lithium-ion batteries put in parallel. That is 3P printed on the pack.I am surprised that it uses the higher energy density chemistry that has 3.7Volts output because it has higher risk of fire.All my solar LED lights use LiFePO4 also known as LFP battery that has 3.2V for each cell.They are considered the safest compared to the many lithium ion chemistries that produce 3.7V cells.It does not mean 3.7V battery is not safe.I have hundreds of them for my flashlights for many years.The battery compartment has nice silicon seal around the back cover to prevent rain water seeping in.See that white color elastic in one of my photos.The two heads can swivel left-right about 90 degrees when mounted and tilt about 135 degrees up and down.The biggest letdown of this light is the lack of ON/OFF button as others have mentioned.It is always on as long as the battery holds charge.It cannot be turned off.Because the light has features I like, although not bright enough for my use, I only take 1 star off due to lack of On/Off button.

Decent size battery, plenty of brightness, great for quick access lighting in a storage room/garage.
6000mAh at 3.7V is a decent size for limiting the charging frequency. If used in a busy walkway, the battery will drain faster. Each activation will turn on the light for 20 seconds. So the maximum waste of energy is 20 seconds per activation. And if used in an area where access time is quick, then the battery will last quite a long time before needing recharging. It cannot be activated when there is enough ambient light, and is activated by any kind of motion in the darker ambience. The motion sensor is not quite 180 degrees, but good enough for my use. The important thing is that the motion sensor does work. The great thing is that each of the two lights’ output direction can be adjusted to shine where light is needed. 480 lumens brightness is plenty bright, but not too battery draining. It comes with 4 screws and 4 plastic expansion anchors for attaching the base plate to a surface, which the light body hangs on. Attach it low enough for easy reach to un-mount it for charging. It is great for the garage or a storage room where you need quick access to things and not be hassled to turn on and off the light.

This isn’t quite as bright as some other motion sensors I have, but it does a much wider area. I have four motion sensors in the backyard for my dogs and this one covers the most area. The batteries seem to last a long time and it was easy to install.

I needed some motion activated exterior lights for areas where hard wiring isn’t an option. I’ve tried solar powered in the past and while the work fine most of the time they were not consistant or reliable on days where there wasn’t sufficient direct sunlight to recharge the light, this resulted in poor lighting or no lighting at all. This light is the ideal solution as it relies on batteries and not solar power. In order to be eco friendly and reduce the cost of batteries I’ve elected to use rechargeable batteries. It will require that I recharge the batteries more often than if I used regular batteries but not so often as to be a burden and is worth it to reduce the use of single use batteries.This light is much sleeker looking and not as bulky as other similar lights I’ve seen, it blends into the house/building without looking so conspicuous. The white blends into the white trim of my home. The quality of this light feels sturdy and durable.Installation is straightforward and removing the light to change the batteries is just as easy. The motion detector is fairly sensitive, I have found on windy days the leaves on the nearby trees will set the light off.The light is very bright, the area is lit up like it is bright daylight outside and lights up a wide area.Since this light is only resistant to water, heat and frost, I was mindful to place the light were there was some shelter.
