Work Great, Look Great
Most steak knives have serrated edges. They work great for a while, but they are very difficult to sharpen properly for the average user. I like these type because even thought they do dull after a bit, I can easily sharpen them.These knives are solid and sharp. They come with a knife block, and they look fantastic. Considering what a block alone costs, these are a really good value. I’m a sucker for good looking kitchen knives, and these don’t disappoint. They effortlessly cut through steak, and I’ve only had them for a couple months, but they’re still extremely sharp. My family uses them multiple times a week. Excellent product.

Good Quality But Needs a Better Case
We have a set of eight Shun steak knives that we really like, but we occasionally need more for larger gatherings. We bought this set to complement the Shun knives without spending all the extra money. These are certainly more affordable, they come out of the box really sharp and they are not serrated so they are easy to sharpen, which was a big selling point for us. I’m not sure why anyone ever buys a serrated steak knife. If you’re cooking your steaks to the point that you need a serrated knife to cut them, then you’re probably doing it wrong. Anyway, they are also well balanced and are comfortable to use. The only drawback so far is the case. They come in a cardboard enclosure that slides out of a cardboard box. It’s sort of a pain to slide them in and out and I’m not sure how long the box itself is going to hold up, especially if any moisture gets on any of it. It comes with eight little spoon and knife rests but I honestly don’t think we’ll ever use them. I wish they had saved themselves the cost of those rests and just given us a better storage case instead.

Very high quality. I previously bought a serrated set from elsewhere and they were not able to cut through chicken. This set is sharp and easily cuts all my food. These knives are a must have. Great price. Easy to clean. Definitely a non-serrated knife is the way to go. I would buy these again and proudly give as a gift.

OMG almost too gorgeous to use. They remind me of the old style buck knives which I love too. Definitely need a cutlery drawer or a magnet strip on your cabinet for them…but worth it! Just in awe of them. Beaut. quality.
