Great product and amazing customer service
The factory packaged the wrong colored item in the box. The seller handled the issue within hours and arranged for replacement, which came very quickly. The customer service was absolutely amazing.The bench itself was not very difficult to put together. Some steps would be easier with two people but I was able to do it solo. There is the middle support, which divides the storage area below the bench into a smaller and a larger section. Make sure you have that oriented the correct way! The first photo shows it oriented correctly – the holes for the door hinges should be at the front (opposite side from the groove in the back of the bottom + top of the bench. If you mess that up you’ll need to pull the ends off the bench so that you can rotate it.

Good quality heavy wood – good even Color – and all pieces fit together well
Heavy solid product with real wood, nicely colored, even the door handles were good solid knobs. I thought I had a problem with the order – seller friendly and addressed my concerns. ( and dimensions correct as stated – and fit the spot I measured)
