So cool and fun
I had a great time putting this together and the result is so cool! It came with everything you need. I was impressed by the quality and fit of the pieces. I expected to have a hard time aligning things but found that was not the case. Pieces felt well made and well thought out, instructions were generally easy to follow. The lights worked (admittedly after a few rewires, but that’s user error). Overall, this is a really fun project and I’m excited to build another one.

Engaging and fun activity
I thoroughly enjoyed putting this together. This was my first model kit and while it wasn’t challenging it certainly was detailed. I didn’t realize there was painting so I think if someone did not paint or sand edges thoroughly then maybe they could do it in 6 hours… I did it in 18!Frustratingly the top light failed to illuminate at the final build but it was illuminating along the way. At least the other two work right now. As a note, the lights won’t work until the induction sensor is activated in addition to working batteries. I checked mine when it stated to check but the induction wasn’t reliable at that stage. For some reason at the end it was more reliable but two pieces of wood between fingers and the induction pad is a little thick.I was missing one of the I pieces but I assumed I could scrap the work out myself later. Thankfully it was small enough I could. However, check where the piece is needed if you’re missing anything because it could be vital.Overall, the instructions were clear and correctly ordered. It is overwhelming at first to digest and it certainly can use a better translation. Sometimes I would reverse when pieces are put together because it was honestly easier to add them another way but typically their ordering made the most sense. My big word of caution is to pre-attach pieces to ensure they fit into their holes without problem especially if that piece will have many pieces later when it is actually attached.Love the quality of the product and overall end result! Gifted this to my parents. Both the glue and paint included were more than sufficient (and quick drying!) for this kit!

Great details!
This is so much fun to assemble. Instructions are very clear and materials are of good quality! Besides this it has a lot of nice details, which is the main point of interest for me

Ok Book Nook
This brand is usually great for DIY dollhouses, but I’m not a big fan of their book nooks. Other brands are just higher quality. This brand’s wood is thin and it doesn’t go together as well or as easily as other brands. The light on this one is hard to turn on or off. For the price, I would expect higher quality. But it is a fun project and it works.

A nice way to relax and make something beautiful.
Instructions were easy to follow. Pieces were easy to locate and assemble. This is my first time doing something like this and it took me about 5-6 hrs.

very rewarding to assemble all pieces
I like it a lot. Assembly does take a lot of time and patience, ~6 hours for me; as an experimental physicist, I handle delicate equipment on a regular basis; I take pride in assembling fine pieces of stuff for a fine outcome. The craft is well designed, and the final product is very rewarding. It is a showpiece which you can place between books on shelves, but please do not expect it single handedly support books leaning on it from one side. The only complaint I have is about the touch switch to turn on the LED lights. It is over sensitive, and sometimes turns on the unit on its own.

Use a paint pen!
Built this in the afternoons of a long weekend – so not too easy, and not too difficult to finish. (My first time building one!) The wood pieces snap apart cleanly and easily – none broke. I watched some YouTube tutorials to figure out the wiring. A way to speed up the process is to not use their paint, and instead use a white paint pen – itâs easy to paint the edges and dries instantly. In the past I have cursed and thrown and abandoned a snap apart wood dollhouse kits out of frustration – this was nothing like that! It was enjoyable.

Fun and entertaining to build
Bought this as a way to make my bookshelves more visually appealing and ended up really enjoying building this cute town alley. Felt a sense of accomplishment doing this on my own. Very relaxing.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but when I received them (I bought 2) and started to assemble them, they were amazing! The greenhouse was easier to assemble then the sunshine town, but both were equally fun to do and I cannot wait to put them on my bookshelf. I may buy one more. The one with the train. These are high quality and laser cut for precision assembly. Comes with everything except personal tools like tweezers. No biggie as I have them. They are worth the purchase if you love this kind of crafting. I do not think these would be good for younger children. They are quite intricate! But definitely worth the end result!

I received the magic time booknook in err0r. As I was putting it together I considered how I would right this r3vi3w. Leave off a st4r for the slow delivery and incorr3ct product?Once I really started putting things together I decided it was still worth the 5/5, the little details are so beautiful. The manual was all in Chinese, but G00gl3 actually had a really hand translator app I used to verify some parts. The manual was very clear and easy to use. I completed this in 6 hours. I have long acrylic nails which REALLY helped with the small parts. I broke one small piece, but you wouldnât know it looking at it.Almost everything is made of a very thin wood, but as long as you take your time and gently/thoughtfully apply pressure itâll go together easily. Def not something to rush. I am no electrician but I was able to easily wire mine together. Just closely follow the instructions and youâll love it! It was so fun to put together!

I enjoyed this puzzle immensely. Very good quality. Fun and stress relieving. It is just as adorable when finished as in the pictures online. Instructions are easy to follow. Hopefully they come out with more designs as there arenât many currently. I would buy them all!

This turned out cute in the end and I do love it BUT it could have been better if the packaging had been arranged better.1. The mirror and plastic windows arrived with scratches all over them, EVEN AFTER removing the protective film as instructed. This could have easily been avoided if they had packaged it in a protective sleeve instead of inbetween the wooden bits.2. The glue was completely dried out when I received my package. I tried putting it in hot water to soften it, no luck. I tried adding a bit of vinegar in the tube (I had read it might help) but no luck there either. In the end, I had to use a mix of glue from a basic glue stick, mod podge and a hot glue gun to work on this.Still a fun project, especially if you loved legos as a kid! The lights also worked great!

I spent way too many hours working on this for the pieces to keep breaking as I assembled them. By the end, the structure wouldnât even stay âclippedâ together no mater how much glue I added. Iâve already built 2 other booknooks and truly enjoyed my experience. This time, however, I am left disappointed as it is wasted money and the quality of the pieces is subpar. There is also a lot of painting involved which does not leave an aesthetic result.
