SHORT VERSION:would buy again – they look, fit, and work as advertised.BACKSTORY:after just three years two of our lazy boy gray leather power sofa head rests had lost *all* of their color. i tried to use various dyes but each failed to do the job.online research led me to this product. we ordered two sets of two: one set of taupe and one set of burgundy. they arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition.the color of each set was as advertised and looked great. we test drove the colors for a few days then returned the burgundy and bought another set of taupe.iâve read a few comments about the adhesive not holding up so iâve given it only four stars. iâll keep an eye on it and if it makes it for a year iâll upgrade my review to five stars.(one month update: they still look, fit, and work as advertised.)

Not recommended for all recliners
I purchased this product because the headrest on my recliner was discoloring from my husband’s bald head. After reading the reviews, it seemed to be the perfect solution. However, it would not stay in place. Because you are against it when you recline it pulls off the velcro and you have to put it back, at least with how our recliners are constructed and the position in which I had to place the cover. The top pillow section of our recliners moves when you recline. It may work better if you can position it so it moves with the recliner movement.After I removed the adhesive part of the velcro it took several applications of goo gone to get all the adhesive off. I can still use it without the adhesive as it still looks better than a towel draped on the back of the sofa but I’m disappointed that it didn’t work as expected. It does look nice and is nicely constructed and should work well on non-reclining furniture.

Won’t slip off
Color matched my recliner. The velcro strip and adhesive strip was excellent idea. This head cover was very easy to install and the quality is very good. This will definitely prevent body oil stains on the head rest area.

Color choices and size.
This is just what I needed for my leather Lazy Boy recliner. It’s leather and I had been using a brown towel on the head and back rest. This cover is the perfect color and it’s big enough to cover halfway down the back and still drape over the top. Width is perfect for my chair. It has small raised nubs on backside to get traction on the leather chair. It does come with adhesive pads to keep it in place,but I’m not going to use them,because I don’t want the glue to stain or give me trouble taking it off. I’m happy with the way it stays put without the adhesive pads. Color is very close. Chocolate was the color and it’s perfect for my recliner. I’m happy with this cover. It works as advertised. We purchased this for our lazy boy chair and the previous chair we had although the chair was old, it seemed to wear the most where you rest your head. This headrest cover was great, and I appreciated the fast that this could be adhered to the back of the chair so it would not fall off!

Bin mit diesen Kopfstützenbezügen sehr zufrieden. Ich habe zunächst einen bestellt um zu sehen wie er aussieht und muss sagen, dass er einen sehr gut Eindruck macht. Deshalb habe ich gleich einen zweiten bestellt. Ein Festkleben an unserem Lederzweisitzer war nicht notwendig. Hält auch so sehr gut.Würde ich jederzeit wiederkaufen.
