I liked this lamp so much I bought a second one for another location. It is low profile, the shade is real glass And looks great and installs easily. (I had previously tried another brandâ the shade was paper and fit poorly.). It takes standard lightbulbs, not something strange. Unlike a lot of stick lamps, at this price point, the lamp stand straight up and down, and does not lean to one side or the other. Itâs not an immense amount of light, but plenty of light as an addition to a particular corner of a room. In one location, I installed a smart bulb, so I can set the light at different levels, and/or colors as an added amenity. In the other location I used a smart plug so that I could turn it on and off remotely.

Nice compact lamp to add extra light in our living room
We don’t have great lighting in our living room, and my hubby and I like to read on the weekend. I ordered 1 floor lamp for each side of the couch (black with white lamp shade). I love the slim design. And the foot switch is perfect because these are tucked back into a tight space. I really appreciate not having to bend and reach, or stretch and reach to turn them off/on. The light output is great for our needs. Assembly was easy-peasy. Plus, the price was right for our budget.

Could be better, could be worse.
These lamps were on sale for $10 each so of course I purchased two with little hope.I was surprised that they had a really good weight to them, these do not wobble at all and have a very sturdy base.They do NOT come with a bulb so be prepared to purchase some.They are turned on by a little button located at the bottom. The push button is a little light so I just stuffed mine under the sofa and kinda kick around in hopes that it turns off lol.Very easy to set up, it was quick.Highly recommend if theyâre on else. Theyâre good for a cheap option but if you want something that is buoy to last, this may not be it.The shade is a thick piece of plastic with a thin piece of cloth over it (I think) itâs very flimsy and sucks. Itâs actually provided rolled up and you have to assemble the Velcro around the metal frame that it comes with.Itâs very OK but better than most in this price range

Solid choice of lamp for the price
Background-I’ve ordered four uniquely different floor lamps in this general price range.-I use these in my carpeted bedroom in a corner during the evenings.Positives-I use super bright light bulbs in this lamp, which does provide the right amount of light for the before sleep period where you’re sitting in bed reading or something of the sort.-Great quality, not cheap looking, stands straight, sturdy base, and materials are nice.-I have this lamp connected to an outlet that is controlled by a light switch. With the light switch on, I turned on the lamp. From then on, I was able to turn the lamp on and off via solely the light switch. I did not have to mess with the on/off button on the lamp.Negatives-If you’re looking for something to light up the *whole* room brightly, you might try a different style of lamp. It does light up the room, just not extremely bright.Customer Service-One of my lamps arrived with a broken shade/vase. VEYFIY’s package included a note to contact them for replacements, which I did via email. They asked for a photograph of the broken item, which I provided, and they had a replacement in route the very next day.

Wonderful slim lamp!
I wanted this lamp for a tight space in my living room. It fits perfectly and adds a little glow to the corner. It has a nice heavy base which keeps it straight and in place.

It works
The lamp feels solid and works like it should and looks just like the photos show. If you have big hands the shade is quite narrow, especially while trying to hold onto a bulb. I was disappointed to see that the cord lays over the base instead of passing though and out the bottom, but it’s not a delay breaker.
