Nice bins missing a piece
I like the bins, they stack nicely. I got the clear ones and it’s easier to remember what I put where. They’re strong and light weight. Unfortunately, the bins arrived with one of the black tabs missing on one of the lids. So the bin doesn’t lock down. Tried calling the customer service number and gave up after the usual call tree nonsense. After 45 minutes I gave up.

Perfect smaller storage bins.
I needed these for smaller storage, some to be be stored under the sink. These are stackable, and help protect from dirt, dust and water – keeping items dry and clean. I really like the snap shut locks keeping lids on tight. They are a good thickness, so will be more durable. The price is reallybgood too!

Lids are cheap hard plastic
I bought this brand of bins nearly 10yrs ago, and with a now expanded Christmas decor collection, I returned to the brand, hoping for the same quality. These lids are NOT the same! These will work fine for indoor temperature controlled storage, but the lids are thin cheap hard plastic I wouldnât recommend for garage storage. The lids were crack & crushed on delivery. This was mainly due to the handling of the box, however; the box was oversized vertically for the product, & there was no protection around the bins. Result⦠crushed lids. The original bins I purchased from this brand had much sturdier lids & have held up amazingly to garage storage lacking temperature control. Oh well⦠I will need to find another brand for my garage storage and heavier stacking.

Perfect size closet bins
Needed some bins about the same size as some non stacking baskets I had to better organize our closet and came across these- they arrived in perfect condition, no broken buckets or lids. Perfect size for what I needed!

Defective product
These totes are very costly for what they are. We spent quite a bit of time shopping around and researching reviews and so forth prior to purchasing these as it is imperative that the totes are properly sealed. The totes are all in good condition and seem heavy duty and they will do the job for what we bought them for. What is disappointing is that one of the lids is missing a clasp which is very much needed and why we purchased these in the first place. These are enormous totes and they cost roughly $23 a piece. We tried to get a hold of the manifold and have not yet been able to. I gladly change my review to being more positive if they get us a new lid in a timely fashion that has both clasps on it. I maintain that they are way overpriced, though, but are good quality with the exception of the missing clasp.We have tried contacting the manufacturer and were told they needed pictures and the product number which we provided, but they have not sent any new lids or replacement parts. I would do zero stars if that was an option. These totes are way overpriced and we could have gotten 6 larger totes at Walmart that clasp on all 4 sides for the same price as the 4 pf these that only have 2 claps, and 2 of the lids are missing claps that we haven’t received, nor have we gotten any more responses from the manufacturer.
