I bought 2 doors – a 50″ and a 28″. Shipping damage on the 28″ door – one of the vertical pieces was broken in half! I asked for returning it, but they asked if they could send replacement parts instead. I got the new piece VERY quickly. Another issue was that two of the horizontal pieces were missing their threaded inserts, and they mailed them to me Very quickly again! VERY good correspondence.The quality of the doors is also very good. Easy to put together with a helper. I wouldn’t try this alone, unless I was a hermit. Kind of scary with those glass panels while it still doesn’t have the other vertical piece in-place, but with a helper, not so bad. 16 screws to assemble each door with the supplied allen wrench.One thing. The bottom edge needs a groove in it for the guide bracket that’s attached to the floor. The instructions say to use a chain saw, LOL!! No way!! We used a portable table saw. I don’t know why they didn’t machine that groove, there’s no reason why they couldn’t.The wood is good wood, not particle or beaver wood. I also like the white covering. It’s durable and pleasing to look at and to feel.Nice hardware, except that it’s black. We plan on spray painting it all with a spray paint that’s supposed to give it a stainless steel look. Wish us luck!

Poor quality , horrible instructions
Well this was about as disappointing from start to finish as you could possibly imagine. Horrible packaging that was held together barely with loose tape and holes in the box. The boards were all chipped or peeling on edges. The hardware is not to size. The whole thing is heavier than listed making the mounting process a nightmare. This is not real wood by any means. The glass has inconsistent frosting making it look patchy and ugly. I wish I could go back and never had made the mistake of buying these and trying to ââmake them workâ. The instructions or should I say lack there of are trash as well.

nice door, what you would expect. However the plastic they put over the wood wont come off. Its completley stuck in some parts to the door. We hung it before removing the plastic and now have spots of plastic stuck. It looks bad.

It took 5-6 hours to put together and hang it on the wallBe careful with thin glass put blanket on the floor and assemble on it.It’s hard but not impossible to put the bolds in itMake sure you put the frosty side of the glass same way otherwise look funnyIt came little dents and scratches but overall satisfied

It’s what I wanted, but the box came very damaged and the door panels had some chipped areas and the handle was very ordinary (we bought a nice one). Definitely, it needs two people to handle it as it’s very heavy. Bottom line, It’s done and looks nice…

Excellent Product, Excellent Customer Service
I bought two doors, and one of them arrived broken (I guess it broke during transit). I submitted the return via Amazon, and immediately got an email from the vendor offering the replacement of the broken part without the need to return the package. They sent it the same day and arrived a week later. Excellent customer service! As for the doors, they are good, straight, well made, beautiful, and came protected with a film to prevent scratches during installation. I recommend both, the doors, and the vendor for their responsible treatment to customers.
