Everything about this product was spot on. From the packaging to the instructions all the way through installation and set up through the app.Replacing a doorknob isn’t rocket science but adding smart functions can be intimidating. Everything went extemely smooth and functions as intended.I had one concern before purchasing as one of the video reviews claimed that it locks automatically so it’s easy to lock yourself out. While this is true as the auto-lock feature is on by default, it’s a simple flick of a switch in the app settings to turn that feature off (see picture).The unit can be unlocked by physical key, finger print, passcode or keyfob. All can be easily set and modified in the app.I highly recommend this product on its quality and ease of use. Nicely done Kucacci!

This is the coolest thing since sliced bread. You can unlock it with a code, finger, phone, fob (can’t get it to work tho), or key. So many options. I use the auto lock and set it to 8 seconds but it was change to as little as 1. I like that I can manage it all from my phone. So easy, and convenient. I use it for my basement door so if someone needs In I can quickly allow it. Quick and easy to install.

GREAT Smart LOCK!
I go this a few months ago as a replacement for my garage door. It was very easy to install. The look is just sleek and fancy. Setting up myself and a couple of others to access was super simple. It works great every time I lock or unlock. HIGHLY recommend this lock. I also opted for the wifi gateway and love that I can lock it with my voice or when I am away from home.

Easy to install. Scanning works just fine ( was in doubt), handle feels solid, ONLY thing different from other lock is that you cannot lock it from inside.. its either use the auto lock feature or just lock from outside. I will be fine with it. Good luck fellas!

Easy to Program
As a replacement this was an easy installation. My old unit was worn out and not the same brand. I was also able to install this in a mobile home door, which can become problematic. This was very easy to program with the APP downloaded. The finger scan was quick and works well as does the included entry card. The price for this unit was considerably less than the unit it replaced.

I love having this on my bedroom door. My kids hate it but my husband and I are in love. It easy to use with multiple ways of opening. Front finger, code, phone , fob and a physical key. I lot even more that I can send a one time code if one my children need to get in and I am on the road. I would definitely recommend this.

Track whos coming and going
Love this product. Many people have access to our building and its nice to assign them a code and be able to see who has come in and when. Its also nice to be able to delete their code to remove their access….if we needed to. Can use bluetooth to open the door from the app, but need to be in close proximity…..15 feet ish. can’t remotely open when you are away from the handle that i have found. easy install! worth the money!
