Love everything about this!! Looks great works great havenât used fingerprint but prolly never will either canât speak on that. Easy to install follow video on YouTube or instructions.keylss entry is great! Seems to be a quality lock functions great I use it with Alexa and want to control remotely and will only do that with a gateway!it does not state that clearly donât make the mistake I did and have to wait for the gateway if you want these functions buy gateway when u buy this. 4 star do to the gateway not coming with it.

Broken promises
Very difficult to use. Thereâs no instructions on how to use any of the functions. I wanted this for the easy access that it states it has but itâs nowhere near. It took me about 5 min to unlock the door after inputting the code I get up didnât work I finally opened it wit the app after a couple tries. Definitely wouldnât recommend to anyone.

So easy to install and use
I put off installing the lock for a few months because I thought it would take a long time (hours). It took about an hour from start to finish, including setting up a few passcodes and fingerprints. It is easy to use and install. The quality seems good and everything works smoothly. The biggest obstacle I ran into is determining if my door is right or left opening. Tip: looking at the door from the exterior, not interior. The fingerprint recognition works well. I think my favorite feature is that when unlocking with the keypad, I can either start with my passcode and add extra digits or start with extra digits and enter my passcode at the end. I like this because I watch too many crime shows where bad guys look at the keypad to see which buttons have been used. So far, it seems responsive and the speed is good. It is easy to use and install. All I needed was a screwdriver and an hour. I think it was designed for people with limited home improvement experience.

Works Great!
This was a great upgrade from our other electronic deadbolt…and easy to install, too! Worked perfectly out of the box and had easy to follow instructions. The app works well, too – not the most user-friendly, but also easy enough to understand that we didn’t have to read instructions on how to program. You can use your fingerprint, keyfobs (3 included) or numerical codes to open this lock (as well as backup keys that are also included). The sound of the voice assistant/cues could be louder – but they work well, too = She’ll say things like “unauthorized user” and “get ready to scan fingerprint”, etc – to help make things easier. We did have a problem using the camera to scan for the software to load — it somehow tried to download an app for movie streaming — so we searched for the name of the app online through GooglePlay and was able to find it easily and have it install the app on our android phone. Works so well, we are thinking of upgrading our other locks to this model!

Pretty Good Lock
pretty good lock, however if you have a door opening inside from right to left, it is very easy to hit the lock out switch. which blocks all entry codes and prints except the master code. So, make sure you stash the Master Key somewhere you can get to it.
