A MUST HAVE
Like a fool I painted my steps with hi gloss paint, well when wet ,will fall and fall, I could have been rich on America’s funniest videos, my back needed a break, so I found these treads, they are perfect, grip is supurb. Depends on material and environment I think
I bought these for a makeshift ramp I needed for my dog before and after surgery. The sun is very strong where I live so maybe it was that but the adhesion started to fail after a few weeks. They are still holding on my garage stairs and work great there. It could be that I put them on a basic board vice actual concrete or wood stairs so maybe it was the material they were adhering to.I give it four stars because it’s working great on my garage stairs for months now…

These were easy to install, I added staples to make sure they would be secure all winter. We have had since snow and ice and my stairs have been easy to clean and I haven’t slipped once.

These are great, but their longevity leaves something to be desired. We got less than 1 year out if them on wood steps.

Great for dogs!
We bought these for a ramp for our dog. The ramp was a little steep and we were worried that when it rained or snowed he would slide. We installed these and it has worked great! They did not adhere very well however we were putting them on pretty wet, pressure treated wood. So we just stapled them to the wood and they have been perfect! They have been nonskid in both rain and snow.
