Cool contemporary fan
What a great find. Wanted something cool looking with good CFS. This fan has both looks and great air flow. It’s a name u can trust and I would definitely reccomend it.

We purchased 7 of the fans, they all look wonderful. The remotes work well and they have good installation instructions.

Nice fan. Needs an easier reverse
The fan was reasonably easy to install. It’s quiet and easy to operate. The reverse switch is under the top canopy and requires a ladder to change the direction. That is the only thing that prevents me giving it a five star rating.

Great looking fan
Looks great in koa wood finish. Install was relatively easy except for installing fan blades. Need to hold fan motor or place on cushion to install blades which is a bit of a struggle. All other installation segments are standard fan installation.

Will not buy on Amazon again
Bought this fan. Fairly easy to put up. It worked great for one week then started to make a lot of noise. Noise from the motor and noise from the plastic fan blades. We did every thing the manufacture said to fix the noise. Nothing worked and the motor seems to over heat. We called Minka, they did not care. Called Amazon to return it and had to pay for shipping to send it back. Cost me $40. Trying to get our money back on that. Will never buy an expensive item on Amazon again.

Love the design but function quality poor.
We bought a new house and took our time trying to find the right fan since I didn’t want one, but my husband did. Esthetically, the fan’s design fit our space perfect. However, fan speeds seem very off. Low is almost non-existent, medium is low, and high though good makes the motor sound very loud. This is very disappointing especially with 10ft. ceilings and tile floors that amplify everything already. We have 2 Minka fans and both are loud and don’t seem to function like we think they should and 2 other fans from a different brand that are quiet and seem to have a normal low, medium, high speed that were bought at a fraction of the price at Home Depot. Won’t be buying a Minka again.
