Very Sharp!
I keep it in the package it came in. The wood handle material doesn’t feel good. The neck part of it was loose on a couple but the knives are damn sharp. I just have the peeler. A fail for carrots for me. (Tho it does make them very fine peels) I just gave up on those and went for a regular peeler. I do wash and dry the knives immediately once I’m done with them so it hasn’t corroded or rusted.

Self-disclaimer as a home cook. Surprisingly sharp for it’s cost. I use the chef’s knife nighty for dinner prep and sometimes the small cleaver. The small cleaver could use a little more weight behind it, but it does the job of chopping a chicken thigh apart. Their weight is well distributed, I find it easy to rock the chef’s knife back and forth.I would say it’s decently sharp since I did accidently slice through an onion and a little of my finger, but just proves sharpness. I use the scissors often and the pairing knife too, both are sharp as well. Only knife I don’t really use in the set is the carving knife. Nothing to really carve so it’ll just sit in the case till I have a ham or turkey. Satisfied with the set overall.

Les pondré lo que yo considere en pro y contra del productor:Pros: ° Llegaron antes de la fecha estipulada ° Visualmente son bonitos ° El mago es como de usarContras ° No son marca numola, la marca que son es everrich °No traen mucho filo, como dice su descripción °La caja llegó un poco maltratada, sin embargo el producto no llegó dañado.Por la razón de que en la descripción engañan al posible comprador es que les pongo tres estrellas, si los quiere para tu casa estan muy bien, en mi caso son para practicar ya que estudio gastronomÃa y sirven muy bien para irte acostumbrando, solo si es necesario sacarles filo.
