Great light! Very Bright!
Installed this light on the back of my garage, and all I gotta say is this thing is bright! Originally I was debating between this 80w (10k lumen) or a different kind that was 150w (20k lumen). Glad I made the choice for the smaller 80w one cause this is more than bright enough! It’s impressive just how far LED lighting has come!Unit was easy to install if you have the right tools, and the dusk to dawn mode works great! Definitely recommend buying this is you need a flood light on your house or garage!

Electric bill does not increase much due to light.
Works good. Only issue is sensor is on right side of light. So when it faces north light stays on a lil long in morning.

Pros:- solid construction (heavy duty, good quality)- straightforward installation w/ included fasteners & wire caps- different shades of white (via selector switch)- different brightness levels (via selector switch)- dawn to dusk is easily disabled if you do not want this featureCons:- to change selector switches (for brightness and shade of white), screws need to be removed from front face – this is STUPID, they should be easily accessible or even remote controlled if hidden. I wanted to be able to change the brightness for when I let my dog out (bright) vs. when I am relaxing at night on the deck (dim) but it is not practical to do so.- foam gasket on back only covers round opening to light interior. A full gasket around the light perimeter would be better, to protect against water entering j-box. Good and bright; easy installation
I installed this wall pack light to replace some aging and non-functioning low-pressure-sodium lights, and I compared it to 3 other similar brands that I also used. Here are some comments:This unit lets you select the wattage (which controls power/brightness), and color temperature. So you can “dial it in” to closely match other lights that you may have already installed.When you unscrew the screws to open up the cover (necessary for installation), the screws stay in place. This is helpful when up on a ladder; you don’t have to worry about dropping the screws.The cover is completely removable and easy to do so, making installation less awkward because you don’t have a cover flopping, hanging, or in your way.The mounting holes are all pre-drilled, and they all have rubber plugs on them to keep out moisture and insects. Just pull out the plugs for the holes that you want to use for the installation screws.An adhesive-backed gasket is included, and has perforated holes that match the installation holes. I not only popped out the holes where my mounting screws went, but I also popped out all the others, since the rubber plugs would make the gasket “bulge” just a bit. By popping them all out, the gasket lays completely flat, and the holes are still covered up by the rubber plugs.The instructions didn’t really explain how to set the switches for wattage and color temperature, the switches are only labeled with coded letters, and the switch positions are labeled with numbers (1-3 and 4-6, respectively). However, if you look on the outside of the box, you’ll see a little diagram that says what each switch and position does.The size of this light is smaller than the others I used and reviewed. This is more square, and the others are much longer horizontally. If you need a wall pack light that is smaller, you might want to lean towards this one.This light got the highest score from the 4 similar lights that I installed and reviewed. The others I rated at 4 stars for various reasons, mainly related to minor installation issues, so they were all very close. Overall, this light is working well and had an easy installation.

Well Made/Designed Cast Aluminum Base – LED Security – Easy Installation
Ordered this LED Wall Pack Light 80W/60W/40W Selectable – 12000 LM Light for my new Lean Too roof I just built on side of shop. Recently purchased a ride on trenching machine and built a roof on side of shop bldg to store out of weather. Just completed & needed a security light. While looking/searching for a good light, I saw this one and liked it. I like the way it’s built of cast aluminum housing, the good thick lens (on hinges), and the dusk to dawn auto on/off. I also like the way it’s built to shine downward and 120 degree radius. It fits snug against wall. It came ready to more or less “plug & play”, even has multiple holes already drilled to mount. I like that it has (3) settings, 40, 60, or 80 watts – 12,000 LM. I have it set on the 80 watt, bright white light. This light really lights up not only my equipment, but the whole area around side & front of shop. The 50,000 hr life span should last many years, and the (5) year warranty gives me peace of mind. I give this light a 5 star rating

Electrician Installation Required.
Unless you are replacing an existing light fixture, an electrical box will need to be installed by an electrician, as this is a hardwired light. I installed this on the back of my garage, on a switched circuit. It throws a pretty good light!
