Large and gorgeous
This couch is huge! I love it so much! It feels like real leather. I love all of the storage space. Itâs firm and beautiful. Not the most comfortable but I love it. It came in 20 packages. The seller responds quickly. Itâs easy to put together. I love that I can change the couch around easily.

Exactly what we needed
We have wild children, we needed something easy to clean first and foremost, but we also loved the ability to reconfigure as needed and the storage.We ordered the 10 seat U-shape, but received 2 backs too few to actually create that shape. We got 10 seats, 10 backs and a left and right arm rest. There’s no way to actually create the U shape without an extra back on the corner sections. We did contact the seller but no response yet. Luckily it’s modular so we are still able to use it with the missing pieces.It’s comfortable, but no one is going to sit on it and comment on how comfortable it is. Nothing to brag about.It’s easy to assemble. Each base needs 4 legs, each back needs 1 leg and 2 brackets. The storage is actually very significant and fits quite a bit in each section. They’re deep enough to fit most standard storage containers too. The seats lift up with a spring hinge which is a nice touch.Overall I love the sofa, very functional and does the job. The fabric is a great color, less orangey than the photos and goes with most decor. It’s easy to wipe clean. It’s easy to reconfigure. I recommend it even with the missing parts

Return and Refund is a lie
I realized 3 days after getting and assembling this couch that it was too firm and stiff for me. I had the normal 30 days to return the couch, expect to return the couch I have to (1) pay the return shipping myself, (2) have it in the original packaging, and (3) HAVE NEVER ASSEMBLED IT!! If I did not do this I would be charged a 50% fee of the sale price to “restock” the items.I understand this item is sold by a small business so they probably can’t pay the shipping fee but if I only get half my money back because I used the item and discovered it didn’t fit my needs, then they need to change there return policy and not allow all that time. Who is going to get an item and in 30 days not use it but decide to return it?!?! They should just have a 1 week return period or not be able to return it at all since you are better off trying to sell the items yourself then return it if you change your mind or find some reason you want to return it.Overall, the couch was nice. Good storage, easy assembly, and nice fabric. But it wasn’t for me. Returning it is pointless and I wish I had known from the start that getting a refund wasn’t an option.

Having extra space inside the ottoman is smart. Having the ability to slide them together to make a large bed, smart. I like the low profile. It’s a very sturdy design. The reason for the 4 rating is because it’s firm. I wish it was a bit softer.

This product did not include all the necessary tools.
I got this couch because it has storage options. You can store things underneath each one of the seats. I was excited that my shipment came early however, when I got my shipment, it did not come with all the tools. I did have a little back-and-forth with customer service, but we finally came to a resolution at the end of the day, I am satisfied with my purchase. I do wish that it had came with all the tools, but Iâm satisfied with the compromise me and the seller came to. It is not comfortable at all. It is easy to move and you can switch it around the Ottoman in the chairs. It is very firm. Itâs small it seats two people , Iâd say it was worth the money to I think it does look good. Itâs very aesthetically pleasing.
