Alexa voice Commands and Accuracy
Had this lock I have 24 hours and fairly easy installation however take your time. As for working with Alexa; absolutely Great. Have not tried the figer print or code entry yet. The instructions are some of the best even video on product page however Funny thing the app has a place to flip or change moter. I had it in Tuya app as lock but it unlocked and unlocked it locked. Finally found app settings to switch. Durable lock and the best I have seen to work with Alexa voice app. It might take a few resets but it works great with non Hub echo 5th generation. Once set up it’s wonderful. I would suggest a lower price because after all the customer is installing. But I have no complaints. Took the other brand lock back because of a simple manufacturer issue.

The original delivery was missing a couple of screws, Amazon was super quick and getting me a replacement that was complete. Installing it was easy, it connected to the app great, and it’s been working perfectly ever since.

Well, if you want to use this for your family or more than 1 person keep shopping! Only 1 person can use the Bluetooth connection at a time ð we’re a family of 5 we’re all able to put in a code with the keypad, but no Bluetooth unlocking for all of us. Now if we want to spend even more money we can buy a gateway device and hope that works! Save yourself a lot of time and cussing and keep looking for a lock!
