The right fingerprint edition fits most door, and the special edition fits special door frame and thick fingers. Please choose the suitable edition to have better experience.

Nice features, not user friendly
Has a lot of nice features on the app, a lot of settings. Must be fairly tech savvy for these IMO. Lock and app can be kind of finicky, connectivity issues seem to occur if not used remotely for a period of time. I would explore other options harder before buying again but I did buy this brand for all the extra features compared to others at the time!

Security overview
The lock is pretty difficult to pick, the biometrics are good, and I love the shuffling numbers for the pin pad. The rfid however, is not very secure. It’s better than low frequency systems, but a typical hotel room is more secure than this lock is when it comes to rfid. The main issue being, this is for my home. Compared to everything else, I would’ve expected more from lockly.If you have this product, I would recommend removing any registered rfid cards. If you’re looking at this lock with intent to buy, your money would be better spent on a model without rfid, as it is a weak spot in my opinion.

Impressive features and easy setup
I am really impressed with the quality of this lock and the various options that are available to setup for the family and for guests. I never have to worry wondering if the door is locked or not. This lock will automatically lock after 30 or 45 seconds. Well worth the money and has my recommendation!!

For the price I paid for this lock, you’d think Lockly would stand by their customer service promises. The RFID cards didn’t work and when I contacted them they ran me through the VERY same steps I told them that I’d followed from the instructions. And have still failed contact me back to help me with the problem. I’m about to the point of asking for my money back.Do better Lockly!
