Good purchase
I did many months of research to find an ottoman for my small apt. I ended up buying one, here on Amazon. I loved the look of it, it didn’t have many bad reviews but it ended up being too big for my space. So I took it apart and put it away. Then with only 10 min of research I bought 2 of these and they are perfect!! I wish I bought these instead of that other one. Right out of the box they looked great, not a scratch on them. They already had floor protectors on the feet. When you open & close the top of it, you can feel that they are good quality – solid (ish) construction. And they do the job without taking up too much space. And getting 2 of them makes a normal size ottoman/coffee table but to push them out of the way is easier when they don’t have to stay together. Also, it was less than half the price of the original ottoman I got. I highly recommend this.

I love it. My last one (different brand) fell apart quickly. This is much better quality, and the brown faux leather looks really nice in my living room. It’s very sturdy. I can sit on it without feeling like it will collapse. And it’s got a nice smooth, strong hinge to open the top to store blankets inside.

This item looks good but, had to return it due to the fact there’s not enough room to store. Future buyers need to know because of the padding theres’ less room to store than it appears to be, go a size up. Just an FYI.

Great value for the price
I have looked for a long time for an affordable ottoman to replace one that lasted 10 years or so and was simply worn out. It also took a long time to find one the right height and shape. I didn’t want to spend more than I would spend on a couch, nor did I want a larger one. The first one that came had a nice cut on the corner (no damaged packaging), so I have that one ready to return. I worried a little bit that reordering would only result in receiving another damaged one, but the second one came today and is in perfect condition. The color, described as Espresso brown, is really nearly black (which is fine with me). It has the bonus of storage which my old one did not have. Overall, I’m very satisfied and glad I purchased it.

Nice ottoman looks more expensive than it is, good value for money
I’ve been searching for a long time for a replacement ottoman but they were all either way too expensive or too big. I also really wanted one that I could store throw blankets in. This had everything on my list so I took a chance.I’m glad I did!It looks really nice; more than it’s cost. The storage space inside holds 3-4 throw blankets easily. The stitching matches our couch almost perfectly. It’s a good height and it’s not too big.Very pleased with it and especially for the price paid.

Great footstool.
True to color and they make a great footstool, because they are the perfect height for some leather chairs we already owned. The one thing I would be cautious about is the little button-like piece on top in the middle. My husband was sitting and had his feet propped up. When he got up, his shoe somehow caught under the edge of it, and it the top of the piece popped off. I was able to snap in back in place, and we hadn’t had any further problems. But, it is something to be aware of. We haven’t had to use these for storage, yet, but it’s nice to know we have storage if we need it.
