Wonderful large firm couch in a good way. The firmness that it give is necessary in my opinion because it provides great support and honestly i forgot that it had no”Bones” It is still very soft an confortable for the family hang out spot and seats atleast 4 adults and toddler with good space for everyone. If u want something big spacious and comfortable then get it. Im very pleased with is couch!

Soft and Comfortable Ottoman but Not Super Structured
This ottoman is very comfortable and works well as a footrest or extra seating in a living space. The chenille fabric feels soft and gives it a cozy look that fits nicely with neutral decor.I used it in front of a sectional, and it adds a relaxed, casual feel to the room. It is easy to move around, which is a plus.Because it is boneless, it does not hold a very firm shape. If you are looking for something more structured or formal, this may not be the best fit. It is more of a laid-back piece.I would recommend this for casual spaces where comfort is the priority. Its also very easy to clean which is a huge plus!

I got the 3 seats and ottoman. Very large. We do love it. Only a couple of things that are important for people to know is that the seats to slide apart easily and the back cushions lost their shape from leaning back on them

I like the ottoman no idea about the couch
I have had this ottoman in my living room for a few months and the chenille fabric is actually really nice. It is soft to the touch and has held up well against the kids climbing all over it. Since it is boneless it is basically like a high end bean bag that actually keeps its square shape which makes it a comfortable footrest or an extra seat when we have people over. It is lightweight enough to move around easily but sturdy enough that you do not just sink straight to the floor.The reason for the lower rating is that the specific one I bought seems to have disappeared from the listings. I wanted to get another one to match the first but now it looks like you can only buy it as part of a full sectional set rather than as a standalone piece. It is frustrating because the product itself is exactly what I want but I cannot recommend it as a single purchase if the option is not actually there anymore.The fabric does not seem to trap pet hair as badly as I expected and a quick vacuum takes care of any crumbs. If you can actually find the individual unit it is a solid addition to a room. Value was good at the single price for the ottoman. Easy to assemble and fit well

I love this ottoman! It is so comfortable, plush, and HUGE! It fits perfectly in between my chaise lounge and couch to make it feel more like an extra deep sectional. It’s just as tall as advertised and is the exact same cushion height as my other furniture so it works great anywhere in my living room. At first I wasn’t sure how well a boneless ottoman would work and was concerned it would be droopy and flat. My trepidation increased even more when I saw this came packaged in a vacuum sealed roll. Turns out I didn’t need to worry; this thing expands ten fold after unwrapping it and by the next day I had a gigantic and fluffy ottoman on my hands.I will note that the upholstery had a ton of wrinkles in the top cushion after unrolling it and it looked a bit crusty and cheap. I used my clothing steamer and it released the wrinkles right away and fluffed up the fabric, so I recommend giving that a shot if it’s not fluffing up how you expect.Overall this is a fantastic ottoman at a really affordable price. I’m so impressed with how soft and comfy it is while still being supportive and holding its shape without a frame. Highly recommend getting this if you need quality furniture on a budget.

This ottoman is big and really comfortable. The chenille fabric has a great texture and feels soft to the touch. Once it’s fully expanded it makes for a perfect footrest or extra seating.It did take a bit longer than expected to fully expand after unboxing. They recommend 36 to 48 hours and I’d say give it the full time. Once it puffed up completely though, the shape and firmness were exactly right. No assembly needed which is always a plus.The size is generous enough to stretch out on or use as a casual seat when you have guests over. It’s lightweight enough to move around the room easily. The beige color works well with most furniture.Great addition to the living room. Highly recommended.
