I received this in 4 boxes 2 at a time. I was very pleased with how well they were packaged and how super simple it was to put together by myself. It is a very nice couch. The only downside is the massage isnât really massage, itâs just vibration. Itâs still a very nice feature and a very nice looking, comfortable couch.

Overall, I’m happy with the sofa. Shipping was fast and assembly wasn’t too bad. Instructions would be nice. Also, its a drag the LED lights time out after an hour. It kind of makes them pointless. But, the quality seems on par with units double the price. I like the massage vibration too. I would recommend it, but I got the very last one.

We bought both the loveseat and the matching couch in blue leatheraire and received all 8 boxes over a three day period. We full-time in our RV so asked the URRED company if they would deliver during a certain period of time. They said âyesâ they would work with us on a date. This enabled us to buy the furniture and we gave the company lead time in an effort to help them.We are overjoyed with the furniture. It fits in our RV perfectly, looks very nice and well-made and is very comfortable. Thr seats are firm, yet comfortable. The massage and heat from the foot to the shoulders is very nice. The Bluetooth and speakers on the console work well. The lights are a uniquely fun feature. These are truly wall huggers!The company was always prompt in answering our questions and informing us of shipment info. They worked with us and did a great job providing information.We are very happy with this purchase⦠so much so that we showed it to our friends and now they are considering buying an identical set for their RV.

This piece of furniture is deceptively bargain basement quality. My console on the loveseat blew, and made two large bangs. After that, the âfurnitureâ went to hell. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ITâS TRYING TO DO TOO MUCH AT A CHEAP PRICE POINT.Mine lasted a little over the A to Z guarantee, so pretty much after that, you have to deal with the seller directly. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. After politely asking for a refund, they decided to just send me the part that blew, without my permission. I told them I didnât want the part. Just a refund. Now I have even more of a loveseat in my house that I donât want.I am physically challenged. How am I supposed to do this alone? The kicker is that they offered me like 50 dollars to get it fixed. Unacceptable. We all know that even that amount of money wonât cover a cost to fix something like this. After calling and calling Amazon and them telling me they will resolve the issue, I was told that a refund could be given if I pack up the items in the original packaging. ð So, a physically challenged person is going to do this? Plus, in the original boxing thatâs been gone from my house for at least a month?Iâd avoid doing business with these clowns at all cost. The sad thing is, they are hiding behind a 2 month warrantee.Donât buy this.

We had some confusion on the delivery. It came a bit early but only the bottoms but the next day we received the rest of it. I will say it is not that easy to put together, and you need 5 plugs. But one it was together I loved it.
