You won’t regret this purchase
Waited around a month of using before writing, so here we go.. Arrived in 2 boxes a few days apart, well packed and without damage. Since I had to wait on getting my old couch out I had time to let cushions expand, and since covers are removable I treated with scotch guard because I have dogs… Gasp.. dogs on a white couch! YUP! For scale my boys are 85 and 65 lbs and all 3 of us fit comfortably As a 2nd level of protection I also purchased separately off Amazon some very pretty covers(shown in some of my pics). This couch is both beautiful and comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for!! Down feathers ontop of the foam makes for a very comfortable Netflix weekend binge. So pet owners, couch potatoes don’t be afraid to take a chance.. Very sturdy, extremely easy to assemble, and fabric feels very nice.. Nice wide arm and backrest, oh and back cushion fill are in very durable covers, not the thin stuff you get in many couches. So don’t have to worry about tearing when you need to remove and wash the covers. The couch I was replacing also came from Amazon and I was worried but my fears have been put to rest.. I love it!

Worth it – comfy and stylish sofa
Amazing find! This couch was packaged incredibly well and super easy to put together. It comes with ganging materials, but honestly we keep the seats separate for flexibility. It takes a while for the cushions to fluff up completely but once they do, the couch is super comfortable. Itâs got a deeper seat so really easy to curl up in! The l sectional itself was larger than we expected but it came out nice. We would absolutely buy again.

Very nice couch – spacious and extremely comfortable. It was pretty easy to assemble, one of them didnât connect because the premade hole was a little bit too close but we drilled another hole and it worked out. Only complaint is when all the couches are put together they donât fully align so from the back you can see spaces and not straight

Quality comfy sectional.
Bought the Linen color (beige) Great quality very comfy and soft like sitting on a cloud. Exceeded our expectations. We got two pieces on on day and the last box the next day. I was scared they sent a wrong order but it worked out better than expected. Easy to assemble and packed well.

So chic and comfy!
It is definitely a GIANT couch. I shifted one of the center pieces to be more of an accent chair because it was too long for my space! Very easy to assemble. Came in different shipments/on different days, but all arrived in a timely fashion. Fabric is great quality and covers are removable which is super important for me because I have a dog who also loves to sleep on the couch. After washing the covers once, they didnât shrink or pile.

I wouldnât recommend this product.Received defective product from the manufacturer. Pillow cases have zipper going same direction and now I have to return it to my local UPS store at my expense. Not acceptable for a product that costs 2k.

******** UPDATE. 11/6/25After many attempts from Chita to change my review, iâve had time to do this. Their customer service is excellent. I was refunded my money. I also did not have to send back the couch of which is unusable anyway. Friendly, kind.As for the product, Iâm not impressed. Especially at the price point. There are big box stores selling this type of furniture for half the price.____________________________________________10/31/25Awaiting to see if I get my refund. I suppose I havenât thought to just reach out to Amazon. I went through the company first to ask for a refund since the colors of the base of the wood clearly do not match and the side arm does not push down to meet up with the track along the bottom – youâll notice it in the pictures. This is very low quality craftsmanship. I would maybe expect that more from a $300 couch but I guess I thought I was splurging a little to get this couch. I do really think the right side of this couch was a return and somehow I got it after someone else had it. The cushions are incredibly lackluster. You could honestly fit a whole bedroom pillow inside of it to try and give it more substantial filling. This is the worst purchase I think Iâve ever made in the terms of furniture; actually the coffee table I purchased off of here that had bugs inside of it that laid dormant for several months and started eating their way out of it, and leaving sawdust in the middle of my living room that was probably first and foremost, the worst purchase. THIS couch, ð¯ comes second runner-up.
