Perfect Budget Luxury Club Couches
So I have 3 of these. I own a social lounge 420 shop in Virginia. These have been the perfect addition to my shop. I’ll break this review down into a few parts….Customer Service… if I could I would give 10 stars. Upon arrival of my first 2 couches there was a small blemish in the factory manufacturing. I was able to contact the seller and within 24 hours our dialog had started. Unfortunately I live in a semi remote area. We are 3 hours from the closest major metro city (Charlotte NC). Obviously retiring large items like this is a headache and expensive. I was able to work with the seller to make sure my couches were perfect for my 4/20 opening party (this is being written 4/14/23). I honestly couldn’t be happier with the communication and their ability to make sure things were right. I will be ordering another couple couches for a bar I’m opening based on the interaction directly with the seller. Awesome people!The package…. all 3 of my couches arrived within 1 week of ordering and were shipped via fed ex. Arrived in boxes that were not bashed up or beaten up. Very smooth deliveryAssembly….. it takes about 20 minutes per couch by yourself. The directions are super clear and the individual pieces are light enough for a 1 person install/ assembly. Super easy.Couches are sweet !….. so I have 3 of them. The finish is clearly not genuine soft Italian leather as you would find in an ultra club but they look so impressive. The touch is soft but still “tight enough” that I feel like fluids/ liquids will not damage stain the cushions. The support in the seats is super solid. I do not feel like I’m sinking into the couch even though I weigh 200lbs. I guess if I had a criticism it would be that I prefer the back support to be a tad bit taller. I’m 6’2″ so that makes a difference. My partner who is 5’8″ says it’s not an issue. Couches are all super light weight and movable with a single person despite them being so solidly built. Super big fan of that.As a bonus if you shove 2 couches face to face it basically makes a queen size bed. Was an awesome hidden feature if you call it that which I found late at night prepping for opening.Overall I would not hesitate to purchase this product specifically again. Additionally, ordering a large ticket furniture item is scary online. I have to say I have zero fear ordering from these guys. 10 out of 10 for the customer experience.Cheers! – HCHQ in Radford VA

I spent hours looking for just the right Chesterfield sofa. If you are like me you are discerning because the sofa’s rolled arms, low back, deep button tufting and traditional dark leather upholstery make it the centerpiece in the room.I purchased this sofa and it simply oozes with class and style.The sofa sits in my law office but I may order another in Cognac for my home library or Black for the some sophistication in the man cave. The low seat and high back to allow me to sit comfortably, but without creasing my suits.Beyond the quality, the look, and compliments I’ve received I stopped to write a review because of the customer service I received when there a minor issue with my order that was no fault of the seller. I may not be the Earl of Chesterfield, but I am grateful the customer service resolved this issue and treated me with great dignity and respect.That’s what the sofa embodies. That’s what the seller embodies as well.This is the ONE.

When I received the sofa the first thing noticed was the weight of the box! Heavy.. a good sign. Assembly was simple but it’s helpful if someone is around because this bad boy is long. It looks awesome, is sturdy, and imo a bargain.

I really love the sofa, it is giving me the aesthetic that I am looking for, however, the back height is quite low. I didn’t pay attention to the other reviews about the back height before I purchased it. Beautiful nonetheless, but if you are 5feet or shorter it’s probably fine. In the process of redesigning living room, will probably purchase another one later that has sufficient back height, but for now it willHave to do. Color is great and it is firm and was pretty easy to put together

Exactly what I wanted!
This couch is exactly the aesthetic I was hoping for- classic, sophisticated, like an old study. It was also very easy to build (took less than an hour) and is comfortable and long enough for me (at 5’5) to lay on!

Hard to assemble, thin upholstery
This sofa was okay, just okay. It was very frustrating to assemble even with two person. The screws and connectors weren’t well aligned. I know it’s not real leather, but I’ve purchased other simulated leather furniture that look more authentic and seemed thicker and more durable. I actually knicked a couple of places just trying to assemble it. It was inexpensive but I expected a bit better quality. As others have mentioned, it looks very small. It’s long enough, but the seat and the back are both low, so it looks tiny. But my primary dissatisfaction is with the quality and realism of the faux leather. I would not recommend buying this sofa.

Easy to read instructions, sturdy, worth the price, aesthetically pleasing
Was able to assemble by myself, 2 people are recommended for certain parts to ease the assembly process. I assembled a chair, and 3 living room tables prior to assembling the sofa and the sofa (with the exception of the parts that require 2 people) was the easiest thing I’ve assembled to my surprise. The instructions are pretty easy to read also.
