The blades are incredibly sharp right out of the box, and they hold their edge well even after multiple uses. The handles are comfortable and provide a solid grip, making chopping and slicing a breeze.What really blew me away, though, is the price. For the quality you’re getting, these knives are an absolute steal. If you’re in the market for new kitchen knives but donât want to break the bank, these are the way to go. I must say that these knives are the sharpest knives i have ever owned. You must be very careful with them. I sometimes find that they are so sharp that they tend to slice my cutting board easily. I was also not paying attention and my shirt sleeve was laying on the cutting board and i did not notice it and the knife went right through it. But with all of that said these cut through anything and make things very easy to cut or slice. I hand wash them and they are easy to clean. The handles are nice to hold. They come with sheaths to protect the blades. Each knife is color coded to make it a breeze to differentiate which knife is what what purpose. No cross contamination. The color are pretty too.

First impression of the packing was really bad.Really sharp at the beginning, but loses the sharpness somewhat quick. And the light color handles sucks in the oil or stains very easily.However, worth the price as it is easy to use, great sizes and variety of colors. Definitely rust resistant.

These knives are lightweight as I have arthritic hands. The handles shape to your hands. And they are very sharp without having to use effort. Color I love, pricey but worth it. I’ve already butchered meat with the knives and I had no problem slicing through the meat.
